Holiday houses in Torre Val de San Pedro

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

There is so much to say about Pilar’s mountain retreat! It’s a quick 1.5 hour drive from Madrid. Her space is pure peaceful bliss with every detail thought of! Our group enjoyed playing games, watching movies on the projector screen and running and playing with our dog in the lush yard! He was in pure heaven! Segovia is a short 35 minute drive from her place. The beds were comfortable with great linens and wonderful pillows. Pilar has fluffy luxury towels and robes to enjoy. Pilar had gifts for us and the dog and everything you could possibly think of to feel comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful with a river right in front of the house where we could hear the sounds of water rushing. The grounds of the house are beautiful with roses, beautiful trees and gorgeous landscaping. Pilar was an incredible host making sure we were happy with everything! I recommend her place. It would be a magical place to visit in the colder months as well. We would love to return!

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

Casa muy agradable,con todas las comodidades,tenía de todo en la cocina. Todo muy limpio,ordenado. Hemos pasado un fin de semana fantástico en un lugar precioso y en una casa maravillosa. La anfitriona súper agradable,nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, a fridge, stove, cutlery, washer-dryer, a comfortable sofa, a desk, and everything worked. Ana was a great host, she was in time already at the we set, friendly, very responsive, gave us 2 sets of keys which is sometimes a problem with apartments. the location is good enough just need to know that it's 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, and about 20-30 minutes to every museum and attraction, which for us was great. many coffees, restaurants and supermarkets close by. we loved our stay here!

La casa, el jardín y el entorno nos parecieron estupendos. La casa es muy amplia, más de lo que puede parecer en las fotos. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada con horno, lavavajillas, utensilios de todo tipo, aceite, sal, especias… La habitación grande tiene muchísimo espacio, pero las otras dos son más pequeñas y con somieres plegables que hacían la cama incómoda. La cama grande nos pareció más cómoda. El jardín es espectacular, con mucha sombra y mobiliario suficiente para los que éramos. El comedor también es amplio para cuando no se puede comer en el jardín. Íbamos 3 parejas con 3 niñxs de 1 año y lo disfrutamos mucho. El entorno es muy bonito y se puede pasear por los caminos cercanos. Jesus fue muy amable respondiéndonos a todas las dudas antes de la llegada y nos ofreció dos colchones individuales extra para estar más cómodos. Muy recomendable. Ojalá podamos volver a alojarnos aquí

la comunicación con Alfonso fue muy buena tanto antes como durante la estancia. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana y disfrutar de la naturaleza. No eché en falta nada y está llena de detalles que hacen que todo sea más fácil. Además tuvimos muchas recomendaciones de la zona por parte de Alfonso. Sin duda repetiremos.
