Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Villa Holmen offers a quiet and natural accommodation, perfect for families and for those looking for relaxation and outdoor life. The house is child-friendly and is secluded with proximity to lake and nature. Boat is available to borrow at no additional cost during the stay (please let us know in advance).
