I usually call this property "A corner of peace". It is just 4 blocks from the beach, next to Molhes de Torres, beautifully furnished, all in wood and white marble. A spectacular view of the Mampituba River is part of the scenario, with the right to a movie sunset. It has 1 cozy suite, a well-equipped office with a sofa bed, a very pleasant living room, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, laundry and air conditioning. Parking included. It's a charm! Enjoy! :)

Prainha is the most traditional beach in Torres, next to Morro do Farol. In front of the building is Borges de Medeiros Square, the trendiest square in Torres, where a number of cultural events take place. Including the takeoff of balloons.
