Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.

This is our fifth trip to Seneca lake and was our most wonderful! The space is laid out nice for the three couples we had. The living space is expansive with lots of room to hang out together. The back porch is wonderful with nice, far away views of the lake and horses. It was tremendously peaceful. Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels. Each room had a box fan for comfort! The water didn’t smell funky as it had in some of our stays elsewhere in years prior. Karen was friendly and made sure we checked in okay. Would stay again! Our family loved it!

This house was absolutely stunning! We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. We loved the dock on the water and sitting on the back deck with the fire pit. The inside of the house was so clean and we loved the open feel of it. There was plenty of room for all of us. The master bath was also a favorite. Kelly was truly so amazing. She gave us recommendations before our stay of restaurants and activities close by. She was super accessible and laid out clear instructions! We would definitely stay in Kelly’s beautiful home again!

Dreaming a View Seneca Lakefront

Absolutely spectacular! We rented this for a family wedding in the area and our guests came from across the country. Everyone was thrilled with Dreaming A View! Wonderful, spacious lake home directly on the water with lake access. Three floors of living space. The house was very clean and it has all the amenities you would want with a lake house and more; including kayaks, life jackets, water toys, gas grill, firewood for the fire pit and every imaginable kitchen gadget that you need for a house that sleeps 12. The beds were all queen beds and the house was stocked with plenty of bed linens and towels. The house has a washer/dryer. All house systems worked as expected. Clear, written instructions were easily accessible throughout the house to ensure guests knew how to operate everything in the house. The check-in/check-out process was clear and went smoothly. All communications with the host were easy and timely. We can't wait to find an excuse to go back!

Cottage number 2.: The cottages are located within a very nice campground on Seneca Lake. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and delivered firewood.The Cottage has a private lakefront with a dock which is separate from the campground. The water is clear and shallow. I would recommend bringing supportive shoes to walk up and down the staircase to the lake. The location is absolutely amazing. It is in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. There is lots to do nearby such as child and dog friendly wineries , breweries and an impressive creamery. The campsite cottage is actually off of a road to an interesting winery on the lake. It was full of historical information- they engaged my 10 yr old by asking him questions about the home and what he noticed- pointing out facts such as the tax on windows in the 1800’s. Bring all of your creature comforts from home. Jared is wonderful and responsive. We planned accordingly from reviews- didn’t have any leash law issues. Close to state parks

What a peaceful place! It had everything we needed and more. The tram ride was fun, slow and easy. There are so many vineyards nearby but we only were able to visit a few. We loved stepping out the door onto the dock with our coffee to watch the sunrise over the lake. Then after dinner, relaxing with a glass of wine in the hot tub overlooking the lake. We will be back!
