Safe for children. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful coastal walks. The house is a 'home from home' with everything you could want. It has 2 allocated parking spaces. Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Birdsong Lodge is a traditional open plan log cabin situated in Mid Cornwall, occupying a private location, surrounded by trees and shrub borders which create a secluded ‘away from it all’ atmosphere. The cabin enjoys far reaching views across the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring fields provide a sanctuary for a herd of retired horses. Popular nearby attractions include The Eden Project, Boardmasters (Newquay) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan - all within a 30 minute drive away.

Old Parlour: Dog-lover’s peaceful/private caravan

Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!

Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.
