We loved staying at Sarah’s place. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to local restaurants and shops. The view from the kitchen/living area of the apartment is spectacular! The apartment was spotless and very cosy. Sarah was very helpful and left clear instructions for check in and check out. We would happily stay at Sarah’s place again, next time we visit Fowey.

Had a fabulous family break, able to accommodate the whole family to be together for New Year for the first time in years! The cottages are perfect for a homely break, cosy and well equipped. The pool and games room are fantastic - better than the photos and able to keep teenagers entertained and adults relaxed! Loved how dog friendly it was which meant they had a great time too! Would highly recommend Fox Valley Cottages

The Hartland peninsula in North Devon is one of the most awe inspiringly beautiful places in the world. The peaceful location, the character of the gorgeous farmhouse and the endless opportunities for countryside and coastal walks make this a perfect location for amazing landscape and seascape photography. Amazing weekend in a fantastic airbnb.

Annie's co-host Vicky met us on arrival and was very helpful (in pouring rain) in showing us the accommodation. The Stable was excellent for what we wanted and very clean and well provisioned. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, including providing fresh mint for our new potatoes!! Overall, a great stay and very good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at Hartwell. Cottages are spacious, peaceful and in a wonderful location. Annie and team were super. Will come back for sure. Highly recommend

We had the most wonderful week in our lovely Cheristow Cottage. Annie is a wonderful and kind host ready to help and make you feel so very welcome. The views are so beautiful and it is utterly peaceful. My girls loved feeding the pigs and chickens. Having use of the hot tub, sauna and play park feels like an amazing bonus! We are planning out next visit!

Lovely cottage for 2. Quite remote and very quiet which we liked. Sadly we didn’t get to use the spa as it got booked up but maybe next time. Annie was lovely and very helpful. Lots of local information provided including places to eat. Would definitely come again.

Sarah's beautiful annexe is located in a such lovely, peaceful area. Communication before and during our stay was top notch. Sarah was helpful and made us feel welcome. The Airbnb itself was spotlessly clean as was the hot tub, the area was so relaxing and we had everything required for a lovely 3 night getaway. The photos and the description of the place are accurate, if anything the place is bigger and even nicer in person. Directions (What3Words was great), checking in/out and all instructions were extremely clear and straight forward. My partner and I would happily stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! We had a lovely relaxing stay and were lucky to have beautiful weather. The lodge was spacious for our adult family and well equipped, it was a bit too hot for the hot tub but it was quite private with a nice decking area. Very quiet at night which I appreciated and we enjoyed playing the board games which were provided. You do need to bring your own toilet paper and tea towel but as I've never stayed in an AirBnB before I dont know if I should have known this. Tom was always helpful and responsive, I would recommend this place, it was better than I expected.

Joe's place is a little gem in Bude, your central for everything and it is situated in a central, peaceful & private place. You have a private courtyard to sunbathe in or have a bbq & Joe has a couple of Kayaks there that you can use on the canal which is right by your accommodation. There is also a chairs & a table next to the canal which Joe has kindly put there for his guests to enjoy or you could feed the ducks. Joe gave us so many recommendations on things to do, places to eat that we did not have enough time to do them all, so I guess we will be coming back once again at some point & we are both looking forward to that. The accommodation is good for couples or a family and it is well presented and has everything you need including private parking & dog friendly. I would highly recommend this little gem in Bude & Joe is an excellent host who knows the area well & I couldn't praise him enough with all his help that he gave. Thank you Joe.

Such a lovely stay if you're in cornwall! close to everything you need along the north coast! the building itself is beautiful, really cosy and the gardens are incredible. Great place to unwind! Will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend, the place was easy to find and spotlessly clean. Had never used a wood fired hot tub before so wasn't sure what to expect but it worked so well! Jessica was quick to respond to my silly questions. Tried Lisa's coffee shop in the village and Orchard Coffee & Crafts which is nearby, both excellent.

We had a lovely stay at Chelsie’s house in Appledore. We managed to drop all our bags etc off at the door before moving the car to the park. The house was exactly what we required and very close to the bus, restaurants, and seafront. Appledore doesn’t have any large food shops except John’s deli (lovely but expensive) but as we already knew this we had arranged a delivery. The house and garden room with pool table were ideal for the kids to play safely. There was some noise from the pub on the corner at night - especially when they forgot to turn the outside speakers off- but otherwise it was quiet & peaceful. There is a nice park in the town for the children. We ate in two of the local eateries and would recommend both The Yard and the Flame Factory.

As a mixed group of couples and singles in their 60s we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Slipway. The location only a few yards from the harbour is excellent and means you can walk around Ilfracombe very easily as well as sampling the nearby pubs, cafes and restaurants. The house itself is extremely comfortable with 5 en-suite bedrooms and a modern, well equipped kitchen and lounge. Would highly recommend for family or group getaways.

We had a fabulous time. It’s a beautiful apartment with stunning views. Host was amazing. We will definitely be back. It’s a hidden gem. The dogs loved it. They were living their best life.

Lovely holiday cottage and really friendly and responsive hosts. The house was spotless and so well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. The gardens and games room meant our evenings were very relaxed and the kids enjoyed the space and facilities. The attention to detail was also fabulous especially the accessibility information available which is important for us as our daughter is disabled. The online guidebook was also very helpful and we used it a lot. A lovely holiday, friendly and attentive owners, spotless house and plenty of sunshine! We really hope to return as soon as we can. Little Nod was the perfect place for a winter getaway. It was a little chilly so we made good use of the extra blankets and electric radiators. It was a great base for exploring sections of the coastal Footpath and the pub next door served a great roast.

What a Gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and the accommodation was fantastic, the garden even better, we made some cherished memories with family and our dogs, who adored the open secure space. It’s was like home from home and has everything you need! Local to some stunning places and good pubs! Stunning views to wake up to and peaceful! Thank you Tom for accommodating us. We will be returning again for sure!

Wonderful house centrally located in the beautiful church garden of St Margaret. Everything is centrally located, supermarket, good restaurants and traditional pubs. The village is very pretty and right on the waterfront. A car is not necessary. Hiking trails start right by the house and there are two ferry stations just a short distance away. The bus and the wonderful Avocet-line take you to all places in and around the Exe Estuary. The house itself is tastefully furnished in keeping with the listed building. Practical, but always true to style. We liked the large eat-in kitchen with gas oven and super equipment for cooking. All the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. John was always available and very helpful. If you have difficulty with steep stairs or are very tall, the house may not be suitable. Otherwise: full recommendation. We would love to come back. A must visit: A la Ronde, the estate of the Parminster cousins, managed by the National Trust.

This was the perfect place for a family celebration. We felt totally spoilt with all the wonderful amenities in this luxury property. The pool was very popular (especially the kids) and the bbq lodge was so much fun. The owners were very helpful, everything was beautifully done and there was everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely love to come again. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real treat. Thank you so much.
