Monthly Rentals in Torrile

The house is as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. It is not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience

Very clean and spacious unit/apartment with all the amenities. Easy to find on the main road from Parma to Colorno. Accommodation located near light commercial/industrial area, but peaceful. Our Host are lovely and tried very hard to communicate with us, coming from an English speaking country.
