House in a rural setting of about 80 sqm. The house has 2 floors with 5 rooms and kitchen, small toilet on the lower floor and bathroom with shower on the upper floor. The house is on a farm where the owners live in the main building (family with children). The farm is adjacent to (road 157) which leads to various sights, and many activities both during the summer and winter. Patio for barbecue evenings is available. Swimming area (3 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike). The nearest grocery store is ICA, about 8 km by car.

Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

With nature around the corner, you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in nearby ponds with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.
