Very nice place, seafront, large, wild garden, lots of nature.

The property is in the historic center, a traditional stone house completely renovated preserving traditional materials. It is a nice studio apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, furnished with care , next to the patron saint's house. At the edge of Sadali's forest, near the stream. A place suitable for those looking for tranquility, nature and silence. Elisabetta was a great host who gave us tips for restaurants and activities in the area. You can usually find a parking space near the house.

Very positive and quiet stay, the house is very tidy and clean. I highly recommend so that you can experience the extra surroundings, the host is very kind and helpful.

Nice place, good host

We spent four nights in the accommodation and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. The location is great: central, but quiet, with everything you need nearby. The check-in was straightforward and the contact very friendly. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thank you!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

we loved Pieros and Marisa's hospitality. We quickly felt very comfortable in the apartment and communication was perfect. We spontaneously wanted to check out a little later and that went smoothly. Marisa is a very nice person and despite the language barrier (Italian / German) everything worked out very well.

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

We had very nice days in Maria's apartment. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Maria had provided us with a few things in the fridge, which were tailored to our personal situation. From the large balcony, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The bed is comfortable. And the kitchen superbly equipped. A supermarket is available right next to it. Beach bar, ice cream parlor, restaurants and playground are also within walking distance. Maria is super responsive and responds quickly. It was a lovely time at her place. Thank you again for that.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great – the accommodation was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and helpful. An absolute dream for families with children - we felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Wonderful 1 month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right at the house. Beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even nicer even in the pictures). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Swimming pool also very pleasant! In addition, we received good tips from our host for restaurants nearby, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Can only come up with positive words Ritas B&B in the small town of Loceri. My husband, our little son and I stayed with Rita for a week. She has really made something of the place. There is a super nice and sheltered seating area outside the apartment, with lots of plants, fruit trees and colors. The pool area feels like a small oasis with grapevines and olive trees around. Rita pays attention to the details and you can tell. It's even nicer than the pictures on Airbnb. The apartment itself has everything you need and Rita makes sure it is clean and inviting. Rita and her husband are very nice and warm hosts. The stay with you was very nice and relaxed. The whole property is like a small paradise with many fruit trees and you can see that a lot of love is put into everything. I am glad I chose Rita's place and can really only recommend it. It certainly wasn't the last time I stayed with her.

We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

We spent six wonderful days here - everything was tip top! The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. The pool was the absolute highlight, especially for our children - we used it every day! The entire complex is very quiet and designed with great attention to detail - you can immediately see how much effort the host puts in. The communication was great - fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. The location is also good: a supermarket is nearby, and the beach is only 5-10 minutes away by car. We would come back anytime if we travel to Sardinia. Absolute recommendation!
