Very nice cosy little house with everything you need ! Kitchen well equipped. House clean. Close to Arbatax’s center for restaurants. Lorenzo’s instructions were clear and you can enter easily with a key box.

Personally, I don't trust much when there are too many positive reviews, but in this case I have to say that it is impossible to find something wrong with Marcello's apartment. Everything is extremely perfect from start to finish. I would recommend this house both for the location, which is a good starting point for the beaches, and for the proximity to the center of Tortolì. Without excluding the kindness of the owners. In short, we had a really nice vacation, with the convenience of a niceplace, feeling pampered like in a 4-star hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Marcello and his family.

Clean, pleasant and quite adequate accommodations for a group of 7/8 people. However, the balcony on the 1st floor is not pleasant because of the net from floor to ceiling. Too bad. Lack of culinary amenities. But the owners are very welcoming and customer service. We are delighted with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! First and foremost, the house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The place was perfect – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to beautiful beaches and great hiking spots. Catia, who welcomed us, was amazing – super friendly, full of helpful tips, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us!

Very good location, 3 minutes' walk to the beach. It is a very quiet area, perfect for families with small children. No major city or similar nearby. Supermarket and pizzeria just around the corner, even without a car. Patrizia is very friendly and explained everything well. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. We highly recommend the cottage.

Antonio's house is very well maintained, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms, two large terraces and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Oddoene Valley. At the same time, it is just a stone's throw from Dorgali, so supermarkets, bars, shops and the city center are in close proximity. But you don't hear anything from the city traffic. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Even better than the house was the host: We had a minor medical emergency right at the beginning of our stay, and Antonio was immediately there and took care of everything, organized a doctor's appointment, drove us back and forth and inquired about us several times afterwards. A super-superhost! :) We will be happy to come back and highly recommend Villa Isportana.

the apartment is impeccable, overlooking the sea, a beautiful cove a stone's throw from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The house has private indoor parking and is easy to find just outside. We had an unforgettable vacation not only for the wonders that Sardinia offers but also because we stayed in such a well-kept and organized place. I recommend it!!! Moira is always kind and helpful! There is a great selection of places to eat nearby. We really hope to be back soon!!!

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. Marco was a great host. He arranged for a very late arrival for us with no problems. When there was an issue with the home that was beyond his control, he quickly offered us alternative accommodation that was exceptional. Wonderful host and would recommend booking any of his accommodations. Santa Maria was a great town with many restaurant options and the local beach was great as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Manuel was a fantastic host: incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Communication was always warm and easy – we felt very well taken care of. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and radiates a special sense of peace. It truly felt like a home away from home – set in a paradise-like environment. We rarely feel this comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. A wholehearted recommendation – we would love to come back!

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We really liked our stay at this house. It is comfortable, clean and got everything you need. It is close to beautiful beaches and you got some nice hikes around. The compound is relaxing and charming. Germano is a great host.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful house next to a disused airport with great hosts! We spent a great week here with our children and dog. The highlight is the large garden and the great pool. We basically only stayed outside, but there was also everything you need inside. You don't have any direct neighbors, but Block on wild gardens and lemon trees. So you kids can splash around and be loud☺️ The surroundings are also worth seeing, you can easily go on excursions for hiking or to the beach (about 1km). Sandra and Antonio were super accessible and thanks to the translation app and hands and feet we were also able to communicate well... We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location with views of Mountains and Sea. Exclusive use of the pool and 10 minute walk or short drive to the beach. Villa is rustic but had all we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉

The house is cozy and very quiet, everything was as described. Clean and tidy, with all necessary. The area has few amenities, but nearby restaurants and a butcher shop with very good raw material. I would definitely go back, for a few days of disconnection and relaxation.
