Very nice cosy little house with everything you need ! Kitchen well equipped. House clean. Close to Arbatax’s center for restaurants. Lorenzo’s instructions were clear and you can enter easily with a key box.

Personally, I don't trust much when there are too many positive reviews, but in this case I have to say that it is impossible to find something wrong with Marcello's apartment. Everything is extremely perfect from start to finish. I would recommend this house both for the location, which is a good starting point for the beaches, and for the proximity to the center of Tortolì. Without excluding the kindness of the owners. In short, we had a really nice vacation, with the convenience of a niceplace, feeling pampered like in a 4-star hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Marcello and his family.

We had a fantastic stay! First and foremost, the house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The place was perfect – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to beautiful beaches and great hiking spots. Catia, who welcomed us, was amazing – super friendly, full of helpful tips, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us!

Very good location, 3 minutes' walk to the beach. It is a very quiet area, perfect for families with small children. No major city or similar nearby. Supermarket and pizzeria just around the corner, even without a car. Patrizia is very friendly and explained everything well. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. We highly recommend the cottage.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. the apartment is impeccable, overlooking the sea, a beautiful cove a stone's throw from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The house has private indoor parking and is easy to find just outside. We had an unforgettable vacation not only for the wonders that Sardinia offers but also because we stayed in such a well-kept and organized place. I recommend it!!! Moira is always kind and helpful! There is a great selection of places to eat nearby. We really hope to be back soon!!!

We had a lovely few days staying at this secluded and characterful house situated on a hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Oliena is walkable from the accommodation and there are some beautiful and challenging walks to do in the area. The Sardinian culture is very much alive here and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine and culture. A very enjoyable few days.

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The house is well-designed and equipped and the surrounding garden and pool are delightful. We loved the sweeping views over the valley and up towards Baunei, a perfect location to while away the hours and appreciate the stunning nature!

Beautiful house next to a disused airport with great hosts! We spent a great week here with our children and dog. The highlight is the large garden and the great pool. We basically only stayed outside, but there was also everything you need inside. You don't have any direct neighbors, but Block on wild gardens and lemon trees. So you kids can splash around and be loud☺️ The surroundings are also worth seeing, you can easily go on excursions for hiking or to the beach (about 1km). Sandra and Antonio were super accessible and thanks to the translation app and hands and feet we were also able to communicate well... We will definitely be back!

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at Libeccio, with incredible outdoor pool & convenient outdoor shower to wash away the sandy beaches after tanning all day! The villa was clean and well equipped for any travellers needs. From the state of the art Samsung TV, two types of coffee machine and cute espresso cups to the comfortable swinging chair and lounger outside, the villa was an example of paradise, perfection and precise planning on behalf of the host, who, throughout the entirety of our stay was available for any questions or assistance. If we could live in the villa for the remainder of the year - or decade - we would. A great find in a great location. Perfecto! 💙

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful location with views of Mountains and Sea. Exclusive use of the pool and 10 minute walk or short drive to the beach. Villa is rustic but had all we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉
