Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

It is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is occupied by parents, and the accommodation is operated as a single-family house on the second floor. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face. You can freely use the barbecue, yard, fountain, terrace, etc. Since my parents are living here, I can respond immediately to any inconvenience or request. Although it is a rural area, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached by car within 20 minutes.(Sokcho Beach 15 minutes, Mulchi Beach 6 minutes, Hanaro Mart 6 minutes, Sokcho E-Mart 15 minutes, Seoraksan Cable Car 15 minutes, Naksan Temple 10 minutes, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 KRW when using a barbecue or a pot lid. Charcoal, firewood, torch, grill, etc. are all prepared, so you only need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so if you want to eat simply, you can use the burner and griddle. There is a smart TV on the first floor, a mini beam projector on the second floor, Netflix, TV, and automatic login.

You can enjoy the beautiful nature of Yeongrang Lake from the living room and terrace. There are markets within a 10-minute walk, so you can enjoy both the sea and the lake. In addition, Dongmyeong Port, Yeonggeumjeong, and Intercity Bus Terminal are located nearby. The mysterious lighting adds to the atmosphere of the night, and it will make your time with those traveling with you even more brilliant. The modern interior in a white tone without dirt neatly erases the dizzying thoughts of everyday life and allows you to focus more on this time here and now. We didn't put a TV in the living room so that we could fill it with just the two of us. Instead, you can comfortably watch and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and more on a large beam projector screen that is not envious of a movie theater in the bedroom. Sokcho Mary & John is a spacious accommodation suitable for a family of 4.(About 40 pyeong) 2 spacious bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with an island table, and a beautiful terrace allow for a true family rest. You can enjoy a comfortable rest in a clean building managed by SESCO membership. You can enjoy perfectly guaranteed privacy with two Netflix accounts. It is in a fantastic location within a 5-minute walk to E-Mart and a 10-minute walk to Cheongho Beach in Sokcho Beach, and it is quiet because it is in a residential area. It's a clean and tidy house with everything inside newly renovated:) This is a space without sloppiness, carefully decorated with my family in mind. Since it is located a 2-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal, those who use public transportation can come and go without difficulty. When using your own car (only one car is allowed) There is a dedicated parking space on the right side of the entrance to the accommodation, so please refer to the photo. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake.
