The living room is equipped with a large-screen television, an arcade machine with over 4000 games, a Nintendo Switch console, and a selection of board games to entertain the whole family. Also, enjoy direct access to the terrace with a sea view. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for gastronomy enthusiasts, featuring an oven, a microwave, an induction hob with integrated hood, two dishwashers, a Thermomix, a Staub cocotte, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to it, the dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a full range of tableware and accessories for unforgettable dinners. The villa boasts five bedrooms, each with its own identity and private bathroom (2 with bathtub and 3 with shower). Four bedrooms have king-size beds (one of the rooms has two single beds that can be transformed into a king-size bed), while one bedroom offers a queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor for added convenience. One of the bedrooms with a desk space offers an inspiring view of the sea, ideal for those who need to combine work and relaxation. In addition to the comfort of the bedrooms, the villa offers toilets on each floor for added convenience, as well as a laundry room equipped with two washer/dryers, a sink, an iron, and an ironing board. Your safety is also taken care of with the presence of a fire extinguisher in the villa. The pool features an electric shutter safety system that must be closed when not in use. Supervision of children and non-swimmers is the responsibility of the tenants. For weekends, we require a minimum reservation of two nights.
