Holiday rentals with a balcony in Touraine

Listing matches photos. Check-in is self check-in and the instructions provided are clear. The apartment is very well decorated and bright. It is located on the 1st floor in a small building. There are 6 parking spaces reserved for residents and which is located right in front of the building in a kind of small courtyard. During our stay (August) we have always managed to find a place. Otherwise there is free public parking 200 meters from the building. You can walk to the city center of Amboise, the Château d 'Amboise, the Clos Lucé or the Domaine de Gaillard (between 10 and 15 min walk) which is very pleasant. There is a Carrefour Market within walking distance (15 min). Negatives: cleaning was not done in the details (presence of a lot of "sheep" under the beds) / attention, the hot water tank is set for 3 hot showers/ day. There is a handling to have more hot water but we couldn't.

Our trip was professional, we did not look for particular distractions around, just a large, clean accommodation, with a private space with shower room for each couple of the 10 guests we were. the apartment perfectly matched our need. We recommend this property and the host is particularly responsive and caring.

Good location, quiet and pleasant.

We visited the area for a graduation celebration and we enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get to and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Next time we are in this area we will certainly look for this unit to be available.

After two weeks spent in the accommodation in the professional setting, Romain's accommodation was very well located because it was in the very center. Functional and cozy apartment. Romain is responsive and takes our requests into account. Very nice view from the balcony, especially when night falls and they turn on the lights of the central square! I recommend
