Our stay only had one bad thing, the days that ended. (rsrsrs) Nyedja's house is a place of peace, brings a renovation to the soul. we feel at home. It was one of the best trips we made. If it were to give a note it would be 1 mi. Do you know those investments you make and feel that every penny was worth it? Yeah, that's the place. I don't have a claim to make, Nyedja provided such a nice stay, it looked like we had transported our home there. God bless you always. When you can, with God's grace, we'll be there again.

A dream! It was 4 spectacular days, the house and the pool were very clean, internet worked well, everything was very organized and well prepared for the reception, Neide with a note 10 assistance! Only thank the fourth platform in view for logistics 10 and Neide for making everything so clean and cozy. Best holidays 💖

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, modern and welcoming, with great views of the beach. The walking access to the beach is great, as well as the beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. Diego, Linisa and Nelson are warm, available and have done everything to make our stay go smoothly. Thanks so much and we'll be back if we're in the area again!

Wonderful stay! I went with my family and everyone loved it! Everything perfect, well-lined beds, left towels and sheets neatly clean. Geyse was extremely wonderful, whenever we needed it would respond super fast and help us in whatever it took. The house is wonderful! We'll come back more often!

Enrico's place is a 💎 in São Miguel do Gostoso. It is close to the beach and you can walk to the strip where the restaurants are located. The house itself is great, with a lovely swimming pool to relax. The communication was easy and the lady helping locally was really great. I definitely recommend his place.

Simply charming experience! The photos already showed a beautiful place, but the reality exceeded all expectations. The space was even more charming and cozy than we imagined, with details that made the stay very special. The hosts were amazing, always quick to answer our questions and super helpful at all times. The location was perfect: minutes from the beach, which allowed for relaxing walks by the sea at any time of the day. In addition, we had a market and bakery very close by. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience. On the day of departure, we wished we could have stayed longer!

The house is well-maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms are comfortable. The leisure area is a differential with the pool integrated with the house. We walked to the neighborhood beach, which is a few meters from the house. Bia's (the person who takes care of the accommodation) attention was excellent, whenever we needed it we had quick and effective answers.

Everything was great, new and tidy house, beach view, close to downtown street. I recommend it and would return.

I had already stayed in another chalet advertised by Mario, and I had loved it, it is an inexplicable tranquility. It was so good that I came back again and rented the whole house, it was amazing, they are extremely helpful, there is everything in the house, everything, Rejane treated me super well, as always, and I will definitely come back. There is no negative point, it is a house that makes you want to stay longer and you leave already thinking about the next time you will return lol. A great family atmosphere.

The house is super comfortable, spacious, beautiful and good for accommodating large families or groups of people. The condominium is quiet and easy to access. I missed kitchen utensils and pots for everyday meals.

Amazing stay and very proactive and friendly host. Amenities were thoroughly thought out: the AC worked really well, there's a barbecuing place outside, the kitchen had all the necessary basics, they had a lot of water which is frequently a bit of a hassle in Brazil (since tap water isn't safe to drink), the wifi worked really well and there were a couple neat hammocks for use outside. There's a gym right next to the house that you can pay by the day (~30BRL). It's a 3 minute drive to Kauli Seadi's kitecenter which I consider to be the best kite center in the region. 5 minute drive to Rua da Xepa for restaurants. Definitely recommended!

For you who are reading this evaluation, just rent and be happy, Beatriz and Filipo are WONDERFUL people, two circus artists who live from the house lad, the IMPECCABLE house, bedding, bathroom, full kitchen, very well cared place, you feel hugged being here, I confess that there were days that you wanted to just be in the hammock without even going to the beach, I recommend too much, wonderful people and a perfect environment, garage, garden, yard, room with air conditioning that it looks like you are in the north pole. WE LOVE IT VERY MUCH!

Casa very simple, but that answered what I needed.

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, it is in a gated condominium with 24-hour porter and accepts animals. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate. I recommend it.

Very good. Quiet place and at the same time very close to the restaurants and the famous street of Xepa. A Tatiana super communicative and always available for restaurant indications and tours. We will definitely be back soon.
