Renovated old furnished and independent from our house, in the middle of a large lot with some animals (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) for the greatest pleasure of children. I specify that they are placed at a distance from the accommodation and therefore do not cause any noise. The perch is an ideal region if you are looking for a setting of peace, no neighborhood close to the house; this allows you to have a stay in tranquility and relaxation.

It is located 900 m from the center of a town of 1500 inhabitants, in a hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of the forest, and allows you to reach all the local shops (bakeries, pharmacy...) on foot, and to go directly for a walk in the forest of Perche Trappe. All 15 min from Mortagne au Perche and 2 hours from Paris via the N12.
