What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Karine's house together with 2 adult daughters. We agreed that it is the most beautiful accommodation we have been to so far. The house and the area far exceeded our expectations. Sparkling clean on our arrival, even in the kitchen cupboards. The beds in the 3 bedrooms are very comfortable, the sofa bed in room 4 is ok, but of course not comparable to the comfort of the other beds. The master bedroom and children's room (2 single beds) are equipped with their own air conditioning. The 3rd bedroom has no air conditioning. Outside, you have the choice: the pool or one of the 2 terraces? Sun or shade? Pool view or view of the greenery? We really appreciated the gas grill. The location at the end of a cul-de-sac is ideal: hardly any neighbors, the property is secluded. Nevertheless, not remote, the place with bakeries, bar and pizzeria is easily accessible on foot. The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a great stay, autonomy is a great asset, we were able to arrive and leave when we wanted and freely. Everything was great, clean, tidy and so on, it was very comfortable. And the setting was superb. In addition, Rillette and Apache gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Very happy, we'll be back!

This is our second time staying here and Philip is a wonderful host. The place is beautiful and we will be back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Edmond's and Nathan's place in St. Tropez! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and communication was quick and easy. The apartment was spotless, especially the kitchen and bathroom (both in very new condition), and the beautiful terrace was a highlight. The dedicated parking spot was incredibly convenient. The location is perfect - just a 5-10 minute walk to the old town center and the harbor, and only a short drive to Pampelonne Beach (5-10 minutes). Highly recommend staying here for a stress-free and enjoyable visit to St. Tropez!

We had a very nice stay! We were two families and the house and its layout were perfect. The garden, the pool and all the little nooks made our stay unbeatable. Jean Eric has been a very attentive host. On the day of our arrival, he waited up for us until dawn (our flight was delayed). His recommendations were very accurate and he responded immediately.

Perfect stay for two families with kids. We loved cooking and enjoying the three dining areas. Two outside, one indoor patio with fireplace close to kitchen, the other balcony views and the indoor dining room for breakfast was perfect. The multiple rooms on different floors, all comfortable and quiet. The property is gorgeous and easy to get to town. For runners, it is only about a 10 minute jog to the local bakery and coffee shop. Quick drive to get anything we needed and convenient location for our day trips around Provence. We would absolutely recommend this place and return again and again.

Exceeded expectations. Coffee machine was also excellent. The home really has a heart and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peacful retreat that feels great for the soul. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were hotel standard. You can tell alot of love and time has been put into the furnishing and decor. Landscaping surrounds were a joy to explore, enjoyed sun bathing, a little ping pong, walking amoungst the trees with the family, exploring the orchard and lavender field followed by Rose and movie nights in the extremely comfortable living room. Ellen and Aries were incredible hosts.

A magical accommodation, generous hosts, Fabrice is very friendly. In the midst of nature, surrounded by chickens, donkeys and wild boars, there is a paradise that you will not find a second of so quickly!

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We had such an incredible time at Kevin's place. The house is comfortable, with air conditioning everywhere, the pool is at a perfect temperature, and the property is incredibly beautiful. Kevin was always super friendly and helpful, you can tell by all of the features of the house that he values comfort and fun. We recommend staying there (with a car as the house is not really at a walkable distance from the town, though it is super close by car). The house itself is comfortable and fun enough that you may not even want to go out.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

We had a great time staying in Antonin’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable. The house has everything you would need. He was able to provide a baby cot for us as well. We used the pool twice and enjoyed it. The property is peaceful and feels secluded yet it is a great destination for the places we visited such as Avignon and Gordes. Antonin is a great host. He is very responsive, accommodating and friendly.

We had a lovely time at Arthur’s place. He’s very responsive and the views and the pool were outstanding. There are several homes being built here, so there is a fair amount of construction noise during the day, but the weekend was quiet, as were the evenings. The AC worked great in the bedrooms, but there is no AC in the rest of the house, so it can get quite hot. There are a LOT of mosquitoes here (I’m allergic), and there are no screens on any of the doors or windows, so we really couldn’t enjoy the outside in the evenings. It was nice to have a washer dryer in the house, and it’s a short (steep) walk to the beach. The amenities could be improved upon for the price of the house, but we still highly recommend this place.

The set of positive reviews speak for themselves and the cabin is even better than this listing can show. Great place like new with an idyllic setting, a superb terrace with a hot tub so you can enjoy the sun and clear access instructions. Eva's welcome is warm with little personalized touches, a list of recommendations from the area, and quick contact if needed. Exactly on the quiet and relaxing weekend sought, I can only recommend. The place was beautiful and Bonnieux has everything you need for a great base whilst exploring the Luberon. We loved the setting out in the peace of vineyard and cherry orchard whilst being an easy walk into the village. Edwina was very kind and helpful and left a wonderful welcome for us at the house. Would 100% recommend.

Loved our stay at this place. The setting is idyllic and the accommodation very clean. Nothing to say except superb. The decor is tasteful and the accommodation is very well located!

Carole‘s home is absolutely stunning. Right on the water with incredible views. Wonderful peaceful setting where our group could unwind after a crowded, hectic stay in Paris. Helpful hint: if you do not have a car, I would suggest reserving an Uber if you have a scheduled event. The home is in a beautiful, quiet suburb of Toulon and we had difficulty finding an Uber to take our group to the train station one morning. The place is gorgeous, you won’t be disappointed if you rent this home.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!
