Casa il Tramonto – Val di Sole

Perfect apartment for 6 people, larger family, group of friends, two couples. Cozy, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. An apartment with a terrace overlooking the mountains. Guests have access to a private sauna that will recover a tired body after the effort in the mountains. The sauna is located in the apartment and is only available to its guests. We have two other apartments in the same building, in total there is space for 20 people in the Casa.

The excellent location, easy to reach, being close to the bus stop (tram from Trento to Dermulo for 45 min then bus for another 15 min), is ideal as a starting point for the ski slopes: Mendola or Predaia at 15/20 min; Val di Sole or Paganella at 45/60 min; path that leads to S.Romedio; various lakes in the area It is 40 km from Trento, Bolzano, Merano

Vacations in historic homes

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
