Holiday houses in Tovere (San Pietro)

BOOK THIS AIRBNB!! This trip would not have been the same without Andrea, Valerio, and Rosa’s kindness and hospitality. When we got stranded in Positano after misreading the bus timetables, Valerio very kindly drove all the way from Amalfi late on a Sunday to pick us up back to the Airbnb. We truly do not know how we would have gotten back without Andrea’s coordination and Valerio’s help. Checking in, we got a lovely lift from the pier as well as the first bus tickets, alongside an adorable gift of spaghetti aglio e olio ingredients. The view is a dream, loved brewing cafe with the Bialetti to drink on the patio every morning. This Airbnb had been the one of the highlights of the whole trip, and we are so grateful for all of their help. (Walkable to amalfi pier within 30 minutes, if you don’t trust the bus timetables.)

I don’t even know how to start this review. Carmen was an amazing host who helped me booked all of our transportation. It was our first time there. We were attending a wedding on the coast and traveling with a toddler. Carmen went above and beyond to help us with everything. From transportation to restaurants recommendations. Everything was top notch and incredible. Please do yourself a favor and book this amazing place. The view was unbelievable!!

We LOVED our stay!! Antonietta was SO helpful from day 1 with clear instructions on what bus to take where when and how to get to her place. We had difficulty with our internet on our way to her place and she sent someone to get us and follow to her place. As many have said there are many many steps but if you take the bus which is very easy to do, it's very doable if you're semi-fit to fit. The house is great! The views are to die for! Totally recommend staying at this Airbnb.

A great little apartment with an amazing balcony and doors opening right onto the sea - some nearby restaurants that we could walk to such as hotel La pergola and al Pesce d’Oro as well as GAS Bar - and a supermarket (up quite a few stairs!) about 10 minutes away. A long walk into Amalfi but Antonio was brilliant from start to finish, extremely helpful and took us into Amalfi and picked us back up on our first night and to Ravello and back for the day. A few stairs to get up to the apartment but worth it for the view! A few beaches also nearby but be warned a lot of stairs again! We loved our stay here and although it was a little outside of anywhere central having Antonio to help was a god send - him and his wife Maria are extremely lovely and made our stay even better! Also if you get a chance 100% do the cooking class which is located in heaven gardens above GAS bar - our favourite day by far!

10/10 experience. Most importantly, Maria is a tremendous host. I was in touch with her before my trip, and many times during, and she was able to help assist with a variety of topics, transportation, and experiences. I appreciate you very much Maria!! The unit itself is perfectly appointed for a long or short stay, I spent 10 days and had all the space I need. The terrace is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning. There are a few excellent restaurants by the unit, and if you spend any amount of time you’ll become a regular. Food is better quality and more reasonably priced than the large areas. Will absolutely be back, hopefully next year!

Ottimo appartamento per visitare la costiera amalfitana in macchina. C’é anche la fermata del bus subito all’appartamento, ma il bus é sempre pieno.

If you’re planning to stay in Furore, don’t skip this place! The level of service, care and attention he and his mom provide is something I’ve never had before in an Airbnb. The view is spectacular and the home is extremely comfortable. You have everything that you need for a cozy night in or a 10 minute walk to an incredible restaurant. You can walk down the steps to Fiordo di Furore or even brave an hour walk to get to the Path of The Gods hike and walk to Positano (highly recommend if you enjoy hiking and breathtaking views). Overall 10/10 stay!

Pros: - Beautiful view (matched the photos), luxurious style, clean and comfortable - Ample high quality amenities - Fair location: Easy 20min walk downhill to reach the main town; OK if walking uphill is not an issue as buses are infrequent and taxis can be pricey Cons: - Check-out time different from stated - Access to private sea closed (end of Apr) - Taxis can't stop directly in front of the building due to the narrow driveway so could be a challenge with large suitcases Highly recommended for a special stay
