Opened in March 2025. 12-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It is a calm and warm Japanese modern private rental accommodation in a convenient location for both sightseeing and business. The room has lots of windows on all sides and plenty of natural light, making it a bright and clean space. It is a compact and functional layout that can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for group trips and families. If you stay with everyone, it's also great value for money! All rooms are flat with few steps, and the flow of movement from the entrance to the bathroom is smooth. Small children and the elderly can also stay with peace of mind. Another nice point is that there are 2 free parking spaces right in front of the building. It's easy to get heavy luggage in and out, and check-in on rainy days is also easy. There are also many sightseeing spots around. Higashi Chaya District is a 15-minute walk, and Kanazawa's kitchen, Omi-cho Market, is also easily accessible. We also recommend cooking and enjoying fresh seafood bought at the market in the kitchen of the inn. Enjoy a little special "home-cooked meal" while traveling. Enjoy a relaxing time while feeling the Kanazawa atmosphere.

"Yoko's Inn Wakuwaku" is a "separate" inn adjacent to the creative home cooking restaurant "Wakuwaku", limited to one group per day. There is a private entrance. The first floor is a living space with a dining table, and the second floor is a bedroom. From the window, you can see the vast rural landscape and the Northern Alps Tateyama mountain range in the distance. Guests can optionally have breakfast, dinner, etc. (breakfast 1,000 yen, dinner from 2,000 yen. Please ask). Features of this inn include songs and saxophone performances by the owner couple, a wood stove experience, a barbecue in the garden, and calligraphy lessons (extra charge).

Tateyama Station, the gateway to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Tateyama Foothills Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive away. Great for skiing, snowboarding. You can also take a snowshoe walk around Piste!

It is also about 30 minutes to Kanazawa, and has good access to the World Heritage Site and Shirakawa-go. I have Eabikes, , so even if you don't have a car, you can enjoy this area. Private Kura on a Real Apple Farm“Yokoya Farm ”

Just 10 minutes from downtown Matsumoto, Yokoya Farm is a family-run working apple farm in the countryside. Our private kura (Japanese storehouse), next to our family home, was renovated into a guesthouse in 2018. Enjoy the unique experience of staying in a real farmer's kura with the entire building all to yourselves. Our apple orchard is about a 5-minute walk away. During the apple season (late August to mid-November), you're welcome to enjoy complimentary apple picking.
