Holiday rentals with a patio in Trabzon

The house is gorgeous and beautifully designed. It’s incredibly comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. a mini supermarket and bread shop is within short walking distance. The host (Adnan) is one of the kindest and most thoughtful person we have ever met. We are so grateful for his warmth care. We are definitely will com stay in his place if we visit Trabzon again.

L’appartement est grand propre et commode L’emplacement de la maison est magnifique. Très vert au calme. Les habitants sont aimables et chaleureux, Une demi-heure de marche pour le centre de Arsin pour prendre le bus pour Trabzon (45 min) Très belle ville!

Geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen ev sahibi hızlı şekilde giriş yapmamıza yardımcı oldu,Eşyalar orta derece iyi,ev konum olarak çok ferah havadar ve iyi bir manzaraya sahip,Biz kullanmadık ama evde kamelya vs gibi hizmetlerde mevcut,ev genel itibariyle temiz sayılır. 2 kelime işe özetlemek gerekirse fiyat performans derim.

Our stay at Abdulrahim’s place in Trabzon was absolutely wonderful. He was very welcoming, always responsive to any questions, and explained everything in detail. One of his relatives lives nearby, and whenever we needed anything, they were quick to help with kindness and generosity. They are truly kind and hospitable people. The apartment itself was excellent in every way: Great location Very spacious Extremely clean Beautiful view Includes an elevator, which is especially helpful for elderly guests. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children, and everyone felt very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Trabzon, and I would definitely stay here again in the future, God willing.

لقد حضينا بإقامة رائعة جدا ، وكانت تجربة جداً جميلة والأخ محمد وعائلته جداً ودودين ورائعين لقد أحببناهم جداً لقد رحبو بنا اجمل ترحيب و ودعونا كذالك برحابة صدر ومحبة انصح الجميع في هذا المسكن ومع هذه العائلة الرائعة 😍😍😍😍

منزل قرية هادئ وجميل ويتمتع بالخصوصية العالية ، بالإضافة للحديقة الخارجية الكبيرة ، قضيت مع عائلتي وأطفالي وقت ممتع للغاية ، وكان الأخ مصطفى رائعاً في التواصل والنصح ، سأكرر التجربة إن شاء الله قريباً

Orman içinde olduğu için sadece birkaç böcek vardı mutfak alanında. Birde jakuzi için sıcak su çok yetmedi. Onun dışında mükemmel bir yer.

Our stay at Murat’s place was wonderful and exceptional. This was one of our best Air BNB experiences in Türkiye. The Villa compartment was amazing and wonderful. The view of the Black Sea is second to none and also the vegetables can be hand picked and eaten. There is a beautiful botanical garden near by with a lovely breakfast. People can get confused by the outward appearance of the house which we were, but once you enter and go down and enter the apartment it is breathtaking. We wish to stay for a longer duration at some other time. Best of luck Murat for being a great host.

Villa,büyük ve kullanışlıydı,güzel bir deniz manzarası vardı.Arabayla ,yakın sayılabilecek çok güzel ,güney sahil plajlarını aratmayacak güzellikte bir plaj vardı.Trabzonda böyle bir plaj beklentim yoktu doğrusu.Arabayla yaklaşık on dakika mesafede ,lezzetli kebapları olan güzel bir lokanta vardı.

🌲 Muhteşem bir kaçış noktası! 🌄 İki gece boyunca bu harika dağ evinde konaklama fırsatım oldu ve her anından çok memnun kaldım. Doğanın tam kalbinde, sessizlik ve huzur arayanlar için adeta bir cennet. Manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi – özellikle sabahları güne başlarken o eşsiz doğa görüntüsünü izlemek tarifsizdi. 🏞️ Ev oldukça temiz, konforlu ve özenle düşünülmüş detaylarla döşenmişti. Havuzu ise ayrı bir keyifti! Sıcakta serinlemek ve doğayla iç içe yüzmenin tadı bambaşkaydı. 🏊‍♀️ Hem dinlenmek hem de yenilenmek isteyen herkesin mutlaka deneyimlemesi gereken bir yer. Ben çok memnun kaldım, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum!

Ev sahibi Bülent Bey, gerçekten çok kibar, misafirlerine karşı ilgili, aradığınızda anında ulaşabileceğiniz, çözüm odaklı bir beyefendi. Ev de tarihi dokusuyla, bahçesindeki meyveleriyle, müstakil yapısıyla misafirler için huzur ve güven vadediyor. Gayet temiz, bir evde bulunması gereken her şeyin olduğu, merkezî konumda (Meydan'a yürüyerek 10 dakika), harika bir konaklama mekânı. Yine gidersem kapısını çalacağım ilk ev olur diye düşünüyorum.

We had an amazing stay at Ümit’s place! The house offers an incredible view of the mountains — truly a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. The garden is lovely, with a great barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The house itself is beautifully decorated with sweet views from the rooms, and is fully equipped with everything you might need — just like a home away from home. Ümit was an outstanding host, always supportive and responsive. When the gas canister ran out late at night, he replaced it immediately without any delay — a true example of excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and memorable stay. Thank you so much, Ümit! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

بيت خشبي جميل يقع على سفح الجبل وله إطلالة جميلة على البحر وتحيط به الأشجار من كل الاتجاهات .. البيت مرتب ونظيف ومناسب للعوائل الصغيرة التي تبحث عن الخصوصية.. صاحب البيت رجل محترم وطيب ومتعاون جدا وحريص على راحة المستأجر.. له مني كل الشكر والتقدير.. وكذلك أشكر الوسيط الأخ رجب على تعامله فقد كان متعاونا وسريع التجاوب وأجاب على جميع استفساراتي بمصداقية.
