The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Fish from the dock, watch the sunrise and sunset reflection against the water, relax on the covered porch and BBQ, and enjoy boundless nature literally at your fingertips, in this very unique setting. The Floating Abode home is a waterfront in-law unit with it's private entrance and a dock to fast water. Our home is a short drive to SF, Napa wineries, Downtown Oakley or Brentwood. Many activities for your family such as fishing, boating, kayaking, and enjoying great local restaurants.

A bright renovated space with comfortable linens, high ceilings, 2 TVs, and full kitchen. Dogs welcome! Fix a snack or a full breakfast and sit for a bit in the windowed alcove high above a tree-lined street of well-kept homes. Get coffee, Chinese takeout, or stop in at the pub, all just two blocks away. Free wifi and on site laundry, outside areas protected by security cameras. This stunning home is just off I-5, near UoP, recreation, shopping, restaurants, and the Haggin Mus.

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

We offer a very nice room. This includes many necessities such as WiFi and a microwave. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is also a park just outside our house, and it is a 10 minute walk away from the ACE train station, which is an easy way to get to the Bay Area.
