Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Better than described! Beautiful location, fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the grill so much we will be purchasing one ourselves! We really enjoyed having dinner fireside on the porch every evening, evening family time on the lower deck patio by the large fireplace, the boys spent day in and day out fishing on the dock and off the kayaks, and the lake was gorgeous! The cabin was very spacious for a family of 8! The decor brought many coffee conversations, so tastefully and beautifully decorated! Very clean inside and out! We had several deer visitors throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Raccoon Mountain! Very nice, clean and cozy cabin that had plenty of beds for our large family. Loved the beautiful serene surroundings and location of the campground nestled in the countryside. Our kids loved the playground nearby too. All in all, it was a perfect place to stop for the night on our road trip. Would love to come back again and explore more of the area!

House was beautiful! Kevin was super accommodating & quick in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous property. Our family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at The University Of The South. She married her college sweetheart. There was plenty of room for our 4 adult children and their spouses. Everyone loved the large screen porch with a big screen HD TV. The lakeside setting was so peaceful and was a great backdrop for the wedding pictures!

Super cute place to stay with beautiful views and local wildlife! We did get frightened a few times in the middle of the night from the Haunted Mansion decor, but we LOVED it! The next time w stay we will likely try fall or spring when it’s cooler, so we can use the fire pit and front porch more, but it was delightful! I would definitely return and recommend to others. One side note: bring groceries or plan to drive a good 30 minutes for food options, even fast food.

We travel often as a group, and it can be difficult to find places that are able to accommodate all of us. Add to that that we have two members of our party with physical disabilities and one battling cancer and locating workable places to stay gets very challenging. This house was perfect. It provided the privacy we like, though was still very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The area is beautiful. We are already discussing staying at the house again for a future trip.

Was the most amazing, beautiful view from the bedroom. Laid in bed and watched deer, squirrels and birds. Great location to get to waterfalls. House was tucked away in trees with walking trails around house. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend and we will stay again.

This location is very private and quiet. Exactly what I was seeking. The home provides a cozy yet pleasing respite from City, Enviromental and Human distractions. The is a GEM and you will be blessed if you are called to experience the stillness of this unique space and place. I look forward to returning.

Our stay here was very peaceful and relaxing. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We were very close to many great hikes and waterfalls, and 30 minutes from McMinnville with good restaurants. The lake was more like a pond - and not one I'd want to dip even my feet into - but charming nonetheless. The area is very quiet and a great getaway to be closer to nature.

Host was welcoming and friendly and responded with good speed. Great house with a ton of plants.

This is a BEAUTIFUL old farm house that’s been completely renovated, but it till looks and feels like grandmas house. We loved it! Will definitely stay again!!

We loved staying in Clifftops! The house was great for families. We loved the porch and the fire pit. The kids had a great time playing in the surrounding woods. The house was very clean and spacious! We will definitely try to stay there again!

Perfect stay 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Easy and accommodating. Would stay again.

Mountain Top Mini Home was beautiful inside and the property and trails on the property were amazing. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the Caverns. Our only hiccup was the directions that were sent from AirB&B (not the ones sent by the owner). Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here :)

We so enjoyed the rocking chairs, watching the birds and seeing two beautiful sunsets. We had no idea that we would have a fire or get in the hot tub, but we did both and it was very relaxing at the end of the day. I would recommend to somebody who wants something off the beaten path but cozy.

We enjoyed the tiny home in its peaceful setting amongst nature! The rustic modern design makes you feel right at home! We were visiting Sewanee so the location was great for our needs! Having trails and a waterfall on the property was a special treat! The tiny home is nestled next to the woods and surrounded by lush beautiful plants. Special touches were appreciated like gentle hand soap and a well laid out kitchen. The design layout and large windows creates a light and airy feel. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing!
