Garage fits 2 cars smaller covered, and more large outdoor area with coverage. We have a pergola in front with a mini-hot tub, but it only has cold water. Barbecue with ample space in the garage. Bakeries and Markets nearby.🤗👏

Nice house, and good location

Back house, excellent. It has a private patio behind and in front, fenced, and independent. It has a covered parking lot at the kiosk and also a space that can be used, using part of the pergola. The entrance to the property is shared with the tenant in front, but that doesn't matter at all, they'll enter through there, but the house is fenced and individual. It has 2 bathrooms, split in the 2 bedrooms, all appliances, chairs, cart and sun guard, bed and bath. Internet. 450m beach and 1 km downtown.

*In high season (Dec to Feb), minimum rental of 5 nights - we don't do it differently, thanks!* A calm and quiet place, 2.5 km from the sea, in a seaside resort with a well-stocked commercial center and a house with every comfort: TVs, refrigerator, fireplace, swimming pool, two large bedrooms, living room and kitchen combined and service area with barbecue, rustic table and chairs and hammock. All in a calm and peaceful residential area. Is there a better place to rest?

Equipped house, including basic kitchen utensils, consisting of a living room integrated into the kitchen. The bedroom has a closet, double bed, we offer, if you want, 1 double/single mattress for use in the living room, along with a sofa bed, 2 fans. We have a Smart TV. Wi-Fi network. The washing machine is available upon request. Bed and bath linens are not provided. The place is quite quiet, close to the center, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and a gym.

This unique place has a style all its own, a finely furnished apartment, with a bedroom, a unique view of the beach next to Avenida da Igreja. Right in the center of Tramandaí… Apartment has two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the city center. Literally on the sand, the building also has a ballroom that needs to be scheduled with the owner to use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, a sofa bed for two people.

It is a very comfortable, airy and cozy house. In addition to the internal area consisting of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, it has a garage for two cars, a wooded patio and a large gourmet area, with barbecue and large table. It is close to the sea (350 meters) in a quiet area and close to shops. It has a caretaker service with an alarm for added security.
