In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cozy cottage. A ten-minute walk will take you to Trångsund's center with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaner, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, next to a hiking trail. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn, both foxes and deer and hares often pass by.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Lägenhet byggd 2023 i en egen del av villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this redhouse of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and flushtoilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.
