Mój pobyt w apartamencie był absolutnie wyjątkowy i przerósł wszelkie oczekiwania. Już od samego początku widać było, że gospodarz Antonio przykłada ogromną wagę do detali – apartament był perfekcyjnie czysty, pięknie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Lokalizacja okazała się idealna – blisko do morza jak również do centrum i głównych atrakcji. Ogromnym atutem był dostęp do prywatnej sauny i jacuzzi, które sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę się zrelaksować i poczuć jak w ekskluzywnym spa. To idealne miejsce zarówno na romantyczny wyjazd, jak i na spokojny odpoczynek po intensywnym dniu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kontakt z gospodarzem Antonio – bardzo miła, pomocna i profesjonalna osoba, która zadbała o to, byśmy czuli się jak u siebie. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten apartament każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego, stylowego i przytulnego miejsca na wypoczynek.

We had a very nice stay in this unique apartment. The roof terrace was wonderful. Very good location in the old city and very welcoming hosts. The stairs was very steep, but also unique in an historical old house. We really enjoyed the nice and warm weather, and the roof terrace gave us the best holiday atmosphere.

Dom położony w spokojnej okolicy, gdzie nie słychać samolotów ani miejskiego zgiełku, to prawdziwa oaza relaksu. Cisza, prywatność i piękne otoczenie sprawiają, że można tu w pełni odpocząć. Budynek jest zadbany i estetyczny, idealnie wpisujący się w charakter okolicy. Zarówno wnętrze, jak i otoczenie domu sprzyjają wyciszeniu i ucieczce od codziennych obowiązków. Jeśli szukasz miejsca, gdzie można naprawdę odetchnąć i poczuć spokój, to miejsce na pewno spełni te oczekiwania.

Wir haben uns in Tizianas Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese war absolut sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und man konnte alle Ecken von Giovinazzo unkompliziert zu Fuß erreichen. Supermärkte, tolle Restaurants, die urige Altstadt von Giovinazzo und das Meer sind um die Ecke. Tiziana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, sie antwortete superschnell und war immer erreichbar. Wir durften sogar vor der angebenen Zeit "einchecken", da wir bereits so früh gelandet waren. Toll, dass Tiziano das ermöglicht hat. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Le logement d'Alessandro est irréprochable à tout point de vue. propre, confortable,calme il ne manque rien. cette maison est décorée avec gout jolies meubles chinés et restaurés. on s'y sent bien. la terrasse pour les petits déjeuner un vrai plus merci Alessandro pour cet accueil. vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Gianni is een ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Vanaf het begin kregen we duidelijke en gedetailleerde instructies, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het appartement zelf overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Het is enorm ruim en heeft prachtige authentieke elementen die veel karakter aan de ruimte toevoegen. Alles was smetteloos schoon en verzorgd – je voelt je meteen thuis. We zouden dit verblijf zonder twijfel aanraden en hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen. Bedankt, Gianni!

Super location in a lovely, clean, lively old town. Numerous restaurants within very easy walking distance which is a big plus as the apartment is not really set up to prepare meals. The apartment is a combo of modern decor with the very old attributes left intact. Space is large enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The little balcony is just above a boat launch and few meters from an area where you can sit and view the sea. Until you want to explore nearby cities like Bari or Monopoli, it is best to just park your car and forget it. The old town streets are definitely for strolling, not driving. All the neighbors know each other and sit outdoors and chat. Cleanest old town area I have visited. The only issue is that there is one a/c unit located in the downstairs living room and both bedrooms are upstairs and windowless. The fan helped but it was quite warm for sleeping during our stay and it must be rough during July and August or a heat wave.

The location in old town is very centric and easy to acces from basililca square. Rooms are beautiful and the view to a lively alley and the other to a majestic square and the sea behind it made us want to stay there in stead of visiting any tourist atractions. When again in Bari, this is the place I want to stay in.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung im Souterrain mit eigenem kleinen Innenhof zum Draussensitzen. Alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, man war direkt im Ort mit Einkauf- und Essmöglkchkeiten fussläufig. Parken ist etwas sportlich aber ging dennoch gut mit VW-Bus.

The apartment is fantastic - 5* hotel level: stylish, high-quality, comfortable, cozy. The photos do not reveal its true beauty. The terrace is magic. Drinking wine with a view of the cathedral - a relaxing experience. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. Special thanks to Vincenzo, who took the parking trouble off our shoulders - we parked our car safely at his private property outside the city and gave us a lift in his car to and from the apartment (event at 6:00 a.m.).

Esperienza fantastica, Natalina si è dimostrata una host sempre disponibile, con gentilezza ed amore per il proprio ruolo, ci ha consigliato i posti da frequentare e le cose da vedere. L'appartamento era molto pulito e con tutte le cose necessarie per un bellissimo soggiorno, era stato accuratamente preparato per il nostro arrivo( famiglia con 2 figli piccoli ed in compagnia dei nonni), abbiamo gradito molto il pensierino per i nostri 2 bimbi. Sicuramente da consigliare per un soggiorno in ogni periodo dell'anno!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Een prachtig en groot huis voorzien van veel boodschappen. Heerlijk om te vertoeven, zowel binnen als buiten. Bij het ontbijt maakten we jus d'orange uit eigen tuin. Het was dicht bij een spoorlijn maar daar hadden we geen last van.

A great holiday with a great host, very good home with all you need and want

La maison proposée par Elisabetta est très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin arboré et fleuri ainsi que les 2 terrasses spacieuses. Nous étions également à proximité de sites que nous voulions visiter aux alentours de Bari.

Het was een cadeau voor vrienden , zij beschreven hun verblijf en gastvrouw in een woord namelijk fantastisch . Daarnaast mooie uitvalsplek om allerlei mooie dingen in de omgeving te bezoeken. Heerlijk buitenzwembad , absolute aanrader!

Danilo’s place is in a private street, where no strangers can enter. This way it is a peaceful paradise for families. We visited in April and it was a bit chilly at night, but when we asked for extra sheets, they were delivered the next day. Super responsive host. Thank you again.
