Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended

This is a great villa with exceptional views. Very well equipped and extremely peaceful. Our three boys loved being so close to the village Astro pitch too. The village is very authentic and a great location to explore Lefkas town and the west coast beaches. Highly recommend

Polytimi's summer house is located in a wonderful place: secluded in a preserved natural environment with private access to the beach and amazing views on the Ambracian gulf and still close to Vonitza and its nice family atmosphere. The house has a great garden and 3 covered terrasses and a private deck by the sea so you can spend most of your time outside. The house is well equiped and comfortable. Polytimi is living nearby and still very discrete and it's nice to discuss with her and get her recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants and farmers' markets in the area!

Everything was great, we loved the house and the patio with the garden. We had everything we needed for our stay, including some welcoming gifts from our host. The location is a bit far from the beach, but this wasn’t a problem for us as we had the car to move around and explore the area. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and also good restaurants with great food. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for some peace and quiet!

Fabulous! The apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. You walk up the path to the villa among beautiful trees, jasmine, mandevilla plants in full bloom and it was a delight to see. Lampros was very charming, met us and showed us around the apartment and we settled in straight away. The front terrace is stunning with views of the sea and a perfect place to chill and relax. The apartment is a short walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket, bakery very close by. It was perfect base to explore the area and there is so much to see and do. We loved our visit to the monastery of Zalongo; Arta, Preveza and Parga; all within easy reach. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the closest restaurant Aiolos and the meal at The Fish Restaurant (basically dining on the terrace of a family home) was amazing and the family were so friendly. Our favourite meal was lunch at ll Mindo di Mare in Preveza. Villa Avocado 5 stars ❤️?

Amazing place if you want to spend a vacation away from the noisy towns. It was not annoying that the road is close by. The host is very responsive and easy to talk to. If given the occasion, for sure we'll come back!

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

Absolute TOP villa! Communication with the host was very good and check-in was hassle-free. The villa is very well equipped and located in a great location, you are at the harbor in a few minutes. If we visit Lefkada again, we will definitely book here again

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

The place is even more beautiful than appears to be in the picture; the property has an amazing view to the sea, well preserved, located in the middle of olive trees that offers you the shadow you need in the middle of a hot day; the infinity pool is a big plus that makes this place even more impressive. Kostas and his wife are the perfect hosts for the guests, making us feeling welcomed from the moment we arrived there. All in all, we had an amazing time there and we want to come back again in the future.

Anastasia was the best host we’ve ever had. Her and her family went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect! It was like staying in a hotel. The villa was stunning, so spacious, beautiful surroundings. We came home one day to a lovely gift from her. There’s so much to see in Lefkada, beautiful beaches, very easy to drive around. We will definitely be going back .

We were 2 families , total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, air conditioning in each room (2 in the shared area) and fully equipped kitchen. Big garden with out door kitchen. The mini-market and bakery are walking distance , 5 minutes drive to supermarket, 15 minute drive to Ioannina. Each day we drove 1-1.5 hours to different attractions in Zagori. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for all our needs.

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa that we extended our stay. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is pristine and inviting. Thalia is a great host who greeted us warmly and provided us with wonderful local recommendations. If you get a chance, book this villa!

The villa was in a perfect location for us with a great pool. The nearest ‘neighbour’ was a beautiful tiny church that was open for people to pray and light a candle for their loved ones. Only 80 metres from a virtually empty beach. Several tavernas and a beach bar, which also had a seafood restaurant, in walking distance from the villa. Communication with the charming hosts was excellent. Would highly recommend for those people who want a traditional rural Greek setting but with easy car access to amenities and touring.

We had such a fabulous time in Villa Senecio! The house and pool are a fantastic retreat, with the most amazing panoramic view. The outside space is really stunning- lots of places to sit and eat and enjoy the view. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air-con. We found everything very clean and well equipped - plenty of towels, including pool towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with basics like washing up liquid and vinegar and oil etc provided. We were welcomed by a lovely basket full of local produce - all of which we enjoyed - thank you so much! The pool is big and a good depth to properly swim. Our teenage kids had a brilliant time. Dimitris, who looks after the house, was a gem - very responsive and helpful. At Dimitris’ suggestion we hired a boat in Afteli beach in the south - Akis Rental Boat - were really great. Overall we really loved our holiday. Everything felt very generous and aimed to make us feel comfortable and at home! Thank you!!

If you are heading to Lefkada this is a great place as it is affordable and the location is just out of the noisy streets.We visited the whole island and thought this was a great location. Host was responsive whenever we needed something and pointed us to some amazing places to visit(try the lounge at the top of the mountain I think is called Xanthia,but for a sunset is top notch location and worth the drive).Other than that I have nothing to cry about but joy to remember for a while.

The villa is neat and has everything you need, Much nicer than the pictures. The view in the place is amazing, and the pool is large and clean. We didn't want to go hiking some of the time because it's so much fun to be at the villa and indulge. Thank you so much for a great vacation.
