It is right in the center, in the Plaza de las Estaciones, next to the Botin Center, shopping area, restaurants and with 60 parking spaces under the house, it has 3 private parking lots in the area. Its location will allow you to be a 15-minute walk from the beach, 4 miles from the City Hall where all the public bus lines connect to go to the place you want to see. There are 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy and everything you need. The whole house awaits you ;). I'll wait for you!

Cozy and beautiful restored house from 1910 located in front of the marsh of San Vicente, with spectacular views. Incredible location just a 5-minute walk from both the beaches and the town centre. House located in the Oyambre natural park with parking area and community gardens, adjacent to the road but with a limited perimeter. Perfect for families with children and surf breaks due to its walking access to the best beaches and the village.

Beautiful ground floor with garden, newly renovated and sleeps 7. Ideal for families. Excellent location, 12 km from Santander and very well connected to the most touristy areas. This cozy villa overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 600 meters away. It is an extensive sandy area of 8 km of fine sand.
