Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.

If you want to relax after the stress of everyday life, enjoy your peace and quiet in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet cul-de-sac with a 30 km/h limit. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you will reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This section of the beach is very quiet, a small insider tip, because you cannot reach it by car, but only on foot or by bike.
