Your landlord will welcome you at check in and he will be available on call for any question or need. We try to provide a worm but "discrete" service. Vi attende un soggiorno confortevole e molto piacevole in un appartamento al primo piano con ingresso indipendente,camera da letto,con aria condizionata e ventilatore al soffitto,bagno privato,cucina completa,lavatrice,frigo e terrazza con angolo relax. Si accede all’appartamento dal cortile che è l’unica cosa in comune con il piano di sotto,dove si trova un altro appartamento abitato. La casa si trova a 150 m della spiaggia e 500m dal centro dove si trovano bar,ristoranti e negozi.

Affascinante villetta a mare

Villetta ultimata nel 2016. Questa si trova su di una piccola collinetta e si affaccia su tutta la costa . La vista dalla stessa casa permette di ammirare a sinistra la costa della riserva naturale di Torre Salsa, centralmente la spiaggia di Bovo Marina e a destra la Costa di Eraclea Minoa . Insomma un panorama mozzafiato. La villetta ha un ampio spazio esterno con piante e fiori tipici della macchia mediterranea. Una strada privata permette di arrivare fin davanti l'abitazione.

A beautiful litte country house in the Riserva naturale del Belice in South-West Sicily, between Menfi and the Greek temples of Selinunte. Surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation, vineyards and olive groves with amazing sea view and at a 10-minute walk from beautiful wild beaches. Off the beaten track. Peaceful and quiet, but also good location for trips to Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento, etc. Several good restaurants and options to taste local wines in the neighbourhood.
