Fantastic studio apartment in a great location. V much recommend!

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Excellent logement a proximité de tout a pied. La gare est à moins de 5 mn. idéal pour les visites de villages. Fabio a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous donner les conseils afin de découvrir la région

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Bel appartement 2 chambres avec sa salle de bain moderne et la cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec les gâteaux laissés pour nous. Les petites attentions telles que le lait laissé au frais avec 2 bouteilles d'eau (eau plate et pétillante) sont vraiment plus qu'agréable !!! Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie parfaite. Le balcon qui donne sur le petit ruisseau et l'emplacement de l'appartement qui est au calme mais en même temps qui est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et du bord de mer. Vraiment un excellent choix. Nous avons passé un super séjour à 4. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!! N'hésitez pas tout y est parfait

Underbart hem , allt var rent och fint . Vi fick sängkläder , handdukar köksredskap Allt fanns för en smidig och rofylld resa . Mina barn älskade poolen . Allt fanns 2-3 minuter med bil

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. Franca and her husband were friendly and helpful hosts. With the help of Google Translate, we had no problems communicating. We stayed 3 nights at their top-floor apartment which came with a private terrace from where you can get a lovely view of the village, the sea and the terraced vineyards. Its location in a historic building just off the village church square and close to various walking trails made it a perfect base for us to explore the various villages of Cinque Terre. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Capellini very much.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

Ottima esperienza con Piera. Soggiorno per due, con esigenze particolari e orari non comodissimi per il check-in. La disponibilità di Piera si è contraddistinta, per la sua gentilezza e flessibilità nell’accettare le condizioni proposte. Casa molto carina e tranquilla, consiglio vivamente per un esperienza fuori dalla confusione ma vicina al mare (che dista poco). Casa ordinata e pulita, ottima qualità prezzo. Dovessimo ripassare sicuramente ci fermeremmo volentieri!

Siamo stati felicissimi di soggiornare nella casa di Massimo! La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con grande gusto. Si respira un’atmosfera di tranquillità e positività, perfetta per rilassarsi. Massimo è un host eccezionale: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto attento. È stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e sentirsi così ben accolti. Grazie di cuore per questa meravigliosa esperienza — non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem privaten Wohnviertel. Die Metro Station ist etwa 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ohne umsteigen ist es in 15 min möglich das Zentrum zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Bars und auch Restaurants die zum verweilen einladen. Die Unterkunft war toll, sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Auto konnten wir in der vorhanden Tiefgarage in einer der Garagen sicher abstellen. Unser Trip war perfekt! Danke an die Vermieter.

Thank you for letting us stay, Luigi! The place was amazing, with a great view of the Duomo. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Lots of room for 2 people, and can easily bed 4. Thank you for all the local tips and help :)

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

George was a great host, provided all the information we needed and helped us. The place was clean, easily accessible and very nice to stay in.
