If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Cheminée, barbecue Bois fournis libre service. Pas de restauration possible. Les fêtes et la location des extérieurs ne sont pas acceptés.

Outside, a private swimming pool and a garden without overlooking neighbors will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation.

Enjoy a friendly stay with family or friends in this house located 5 minutes from Carcassonne, close to the Canal du Midi. It has 4 bedrooms: two with double beds, one with a large bed, and one with a bunk bed (plus futon). Travel cot available upon request. Each room has its own dressing room. Living room with games and books, equipped kitchen, garden furniture, private pool and sunbathing in a quiet and secure area.
