Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Good starting point for hikes in the Hainich or also bike rides along the Werra. Very well equipped, functional kitchen. Quiet. supermarket and restaurant within walking distance. Absolutely uncomplicated check-in and checkout via key box. No contact with the landlord during the stay. Some unpleasant smell in the hallway, but it doesn't bother the apartment. CO2 cartridge in existing bubbler would have been nice. A little coffee powder for the first morning - on late arrival - too.

Communication with Tobias after completing the booking worked great. His dad, a very friendly, communicative gentleman, takes care of the check-in on site. They were also very flexible in terms of arrival time. The apartment itself is renovated, the bathroom is very bright and even has daylight. Nadine is a very friendly, flexible and uncomplicated hostess. The apartment was very clean and tidy and has everything you need. I really liked the little jar of honey to try as well as the shower gel and lotion, because I had forgotten both ;). The location of the place is great. The Rewe supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the train station is about 15 minutes away, and the city center (pedestrian zone) is 2 minutes away.
