We had a great stay in this apartment. Joël and Catherine were very welcoming and warm. The house was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. It is ideally located, just a few steps from the beach, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It was the perfect place for a quiet seaside vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). A big thank you for the very accurate information / recommendations, the welcome and flexibility on checkout.

We had a great time at Romain's place. The house is a little "paradise" on the beach. We can only recommend this rental. Everything is in walking distance. It's a fantastic rental for a family of 4 or 5. Thanks to Romain for his responsiveness and all the information shared.

The stay at Gael and Nicolas' house was very pleasant and the children immediately felt comfortable :) Gael left us a very functional house that was consistent with what had been described. Good property well equipped.The conservatory area and outside space are the jewel in the crown of the property.The 65 inch tv is amazing complete with sound bar. It’s a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach but it’s worth it.We walked to Concarneau and back and took the small boat over to the old walled town!We enjoyed our stay.

We did not meet Marie-Pierre because she was traveling abroad during our stay but everything went well. I loved this apartment where I felt like I was at home, even if everything wasn't perfect. Clean but certainly in its original state, a refreshment will showcase it more, even a note for the residence. The rooms are rather large and well distributed, the whole is bright thanks in particular to the south orientation of the main room. The terrace also to the south is rather large for a city center, but deserves a little attention to be really nice. Small central and yet very quiet residence, ideal location for visiting Quimper on foot. The garage is also a plus, as long as you have a small car, otherwise he wants better, if possible, park in the street.

A big thank you to Magali and Michel for their hospitality and the quality of their accommodation as well as their wise advice. We had a great stay. The layout of the accommodation is very good and the view from the terrace (large and well furnished) is magnificent. Everything was great.
