Notre duplex de style moderne vient d'être entièrement rénové et est totalement équipé. Situé en centre-ville, il reste un endroit relativement calme à l'arrière du bâtiment (magasin "créaflors"- cour arrière). Notre logement de 70m² s'organise sur 2 niveaux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire : salon, salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée, grande chambre avec coin lecture, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Il est idéalement situé au centre de Couvin avec parking gratuit à côté.

De woning wordt verhuurd in 3 formules: midweek (ma 16u tot vrij 13u) weekend (vrij 16u tot zo 13u) week (midweek+weekend) In juli en augustus wordt het huis per week verhuurd: van maandag tot zondag

It is equipped with an adjoining cottage, with the necessary amenities (shower and dry toilet). Under the stars, you will enjoy this beautiful view while being comfortably installed in your bed or basking in the Swedish bath! The watchwords are serenity, tranquility and total privacy!

The Haunted House

Nestled in the heart of Avesnois, the Demeure Envoutée is a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by woodland, forests and ponds. With a capacity of 7 people, the gîte is perfectly suited to families with children. Close to restaurants, shops, places to visit, (castle, glass ecomuseum, ...) as well as a green path allowing you to take nice bike rides. Quiet, by a stream and a pond, terrace, natural self-construction in wood-straw, wood stove, dry toilet, rudimentary kitchen (no electricity), handmade ceramic dishes from the Isa Workshop, double bed in mezzanine. 250 m approach walk to discover the cabin (Good shoes recommended).
