The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Luisa's place was the perfect stay for my first solo trip to Lake Como. Caterina who helped me check in, picked me up from the bus stop even when it arrived late from Como and made sure I was okay during my stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious, I would say it looks better in person than the photos! It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Luisa also had some breakfast items available for me when I arrived. There were English books and extra towels, little details that made my stay so special! The house is located on a hill, so it overlooks the lake and you can see Isola Comacina from the balcony, there is a secret beach about a 15-20 min walk down with a local bar and supermarket. Lots of adorable neighbourhood cats around who are very friendly. And there are two ferry ports within walkable distance, Sala Comacina and Lenno. I found at the end of my trip, I found lots of local secret spots and areas I would not know if I stayed in a busier area!

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check in was very smooth. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

Perfect home for a relaxing break. The apartment is magical, with a beautiful enclosed garden with a lovely hot tub overlooking beautiful Como. Lene was the perfect host, communicating with us regularly following booking and meeting us at the property upon check in. He also had lots of lovely recommendations for the local area and restaurants. The pool is shared but we had this to ourselves at one point as there are only four other residences on the complex. The garage for parking is helpful as our car felt secure. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The view is absolutely gorgeous! The space is very large, has nice furniture and is spotlessly clean. Maria was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We would stay there again in a heartbeat

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Everything was very clean and it really had everything you need. Ideal for a short stay. The garage should also be mentioned, in which we could safely store our car and two bicycles. As a welcome, there was also a little attention from Enzo. We felt comfortable and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Glenda was one of the best hosts we had in Italy. She was so kind, responsive, great restaurant reservations and even changes we had to make. We loved her outside decks it was so peaceful and beautiful. We would go back again. I call her my friend if she comes tomorrow visit us in California. Love her. What a beautiful spot this is. Lenno is the perfect place to stay if you’d prefer to be away from the busy touristy area, whilst still having good transport links to the other towns on the lake. There is a lido across the bay where you can swim in the lake (I forget the name), il Golfo restaurant is great for some lovely food, and we had a nice walk along the greenway route to tremezzo. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything you need to have a homely stay. It’s clean, plenty of areas to relax and an amazing outdoor shower!! We would come back to the place in a heartbeat, and hope to as soon as possible!! Thank you so much Leo!

Super nice helpful hostess and also the housekeeper a pearl. Lots of little great details, practically furnished, loving preparation of the apartment for our child 1.5 years. I highly recommend it with children, and the little one slept very well there. Good location for excursions by boat in the vicinity, nice breakfast cafe down on the lake. We had a relaxing few days, thanks!
