Such a big, bright, comfortable apt. Lots of useful seasonings. Thoughtful bottle of bellini and waters awaiting us. Great balcony looking out toward green space and overlooking lively street. Host communicated wonderfully. Kind, welcoming, humorous, great English. His father met us shortly after we arrived and gave us an extra key to use.

This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

El apartamento está situado en el centro pero en una calle tranquila. A 5 minutos caminando de la Basílica de San Antonio de Padua. Bonito, cómodo y muy limpio. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Gracias a Alessandro por todo, se ha mostrado muy amable.

Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, logement très confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires, très bien entretenu et très propre. Un grand merci à Alessandro pour son super accueil, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

siamo arrivati il giorno del check in per le 14.45 e c'era suo papà ad aspettarci una persona molto alla mano e gentile, ci ha spiegato tutto fatti entrare in appartamento tutto davvero bello, comodo, e completo di tutto quello che serve, siamo stati davvero bene, l'appartamento in zona tranquillissima ma attaccato al centro pedonale. tutto davvero perfetto, con Alice ottima comunicazione e risposte tempestive!!!consigliatissimo!!!! anche se non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Alice di persona.. grazie per tutto!!

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Antonella qui est une hôtesse des plus charmante, prévenante et disponible. Le logement est vraiment très agréable, cosy, fonctionnel, très propre, parfait. Tout y est fait pour qu'on s'y sente comme dans un cocons. Un plus une surprise nous y attendait. Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

O espaço era extremamente agradável assim como o Alessandro, sempre disponível a ajudar e dar dicas. Único ponto negativo, para nós que queríamos visitar o centro de Veneza foi, de facto, a localização. De resto nada a apontar, recomendo muito a quem queira visitar a zona de Dolo, Veneto e Padova!

We had a great stay, Alberto’s place is really clean and functional. We enjoyed the small terrace for morning breakfast. He was also really responsive and gave us local recommendations for going out.

Appartamento molto molto bello, arredi molto curati e tutti con uno stile moderno, situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Impeccabile la pulizia e l'ordine. Fornito di ogni confort e con un ricco buffet per la colazione. La Sig.ra Anna è stata gentilissima sin dalla prenotazione, ed è stata molto gentile rendendosi disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Anne's apartment is ... fabulous! She has a great eye for interiors - very boho chic, immaculate and charming. The terrace is gorgeous - stunning white hydrangeas in bloom when we were there. Anne is always in contact to make sure everything is ok and to answer any questions. Location couldn't be better - just by the Ponte Pietra bridge - just a hop into the old town, bars and restaurants. Beds luxurious. Anne is a genius! Can't recommend this place highly enough! Gold Star!

Casa molto bella in un posto da favola, comodissimo anche per raggiungere facilmente e comodamente Padova. Anna è sempre stata molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. Assolutamente da consigliare

We had the BEST time at the Green House! It was the perfect base for our trip to Vicenza. The apartment was beautiful with everything we could have needed and in walking distance from brilliant bars, restaurants and attractions. Sonia was an incredible host, who went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. If I’m in Vicenza again, I’ll definitely be staying here! :) thank you Sonia and Alberto!

Water feature was pleasant and unique. Was pleased to see enough espresso capsules to get me started and grocery store close to replenish. Door and multiple windows right on canal. Amazing experience. Helpful and responsive host. Best of my stays in Italy.

Ottimo soggiorno, spa privata incredibile , sicuramente da tornare

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Mirko per trascorrere un weekend a Venezia. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e confortevole. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni più importanti di Venezia. La comunicazione con Mirko è stata impeccabile, si è da subito attivato per rispondere a tutte le mie domande con molta gentilezza e tempestività. Il giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha cortesemente permesso di accedere all'appartamento un'ora prima del check in e questa non è una premura da tutti. Grazie per tutto, a presto!!

Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir de bons restaurants, de jolies balades et les incontournables de cette cité merveilleuse où nous avons passé trois jours inoubliables. Son logement, situé en rez-de-chaussée à proximité de toutes les commodités, est très propre, le lit y est confortable, et le jacuzzi ainsi que le sauna sont parfaits pour se détendre après une longue journée dans les ruelles de Venise, ville à 99 % piétonne (pas de voitures, pas de trottinettes, et pas de vélos non plus !). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ainsi que Giorgia. Vous ne serez pas déçus ! Bon séjour !

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, toll renoviert, groß und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten die schönsten Orte Rivas erreichen. Anna ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften früher einchecken und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.

We stayed here 3 other adults and found it perfect for our visit to Verona. The apartment is in a perfect location with all the sites and restaurants we wanted to try within walking distance. The bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds and strong individual AC units. The bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure and lots of little amenities if you forget anything. The living room sofa was comfortable with plenty of space for us to relax indoors. The large outdoor terrace was perfect to listen to the sounds of a local neighbourhood with a motorised awning for sun protection. The many dining areas gave us flexibility if we didn’t want to go out to eat. We found the host to be friendly and informative and allowed us to have an early check in which was much appreciated. We would recommend this apartment to other people and would stay again if in Verona.
