Great staff and place

Everything excellent, comfortable rooms, amenities as advertised on the page, wide main kitchen, many green areas where you can be. Elena's attention was very nice. Josué is very attentive and always attentive to the door or anything that was needed. The only thing that was uncomfortable is that people pass by because they connect to another house and you don't have 100% privacy but everything else excellent, if we would come back.

The house is really beautiful! It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, an incredible place, very accessible with a birthday I had in the theme of my guests, Miguel is attentive and is extremely kind and helpful! We definitely want to return a thousand times, we were very happy! It's totally worth it!

The house is very spacious, as seen in the photos, clean and with many options to enjoy it: games for children, a very well-kept garden to play with pets, a good-sized pool and spacious areas. César was always attentive and very willing to support us and clarify our doubts; Mrs. Santa welcomed us with snacks and fresh water, and helped us with the preparation of food and organization of everything we brought to the kitchen during the weekend. We hope to return soon.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Excellent attention from the hosts , there were some inconveniences, but they helped us fix them quickly, we had a very pleasant time, we returned to the first opportunity.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own little house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained on us at night, but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have many things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! Can’t recommend this place enough - thank you for opening your home to us!

We had a great time in Las Pontigas. A beautiful house with a huge garden and beautiful views. Extremely comfortable for 14 people. The pool and jacuzzi at an excellent temperature (The whirlpool didn't work when we went, but the water was very hot). Pedro was very attentive, Eduardo the caretaker was extremely kind and helpful. Mary cooks very well and is very attentive (if you like spicy food, you have to tell her beforehand so she can prepare the sauces with more chili). In general, I have no complaints and would return without hesitation.

It was an incredible experience and was everything that was promised and more. Hector and his family are the kindest and most welcoming people. Me and my fiancée both really enjoyed our stay at his place and will be definitely coming back soon

It is a beautiful accommodation, the photos do not do it justice, it is more spacious than it looks, the attention of Georgina and Mrs. Margarita was always excellent, the area is quiet without noise although we have heard stories of insecurity we feel safe in the accommodation, they have a folder with information on emergency numbers and places to eat and visit, the pool is delicious in hot weather, all rooms and common areas have fans and large windows that help a lot against the heat, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare whatever you want there is a market a few blocks away where you can buy everything and in front there is a shop with essentials. You won't regret it, it's a great place to spend the weekend and relax.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.

Excellent house, very nice, very clean, it was as described. On the other hand, Hector was a very good host, and he was attentive at all times and in communication. He let us in a couple of hours early and leave a couple of hours late, and that was a plus because we got to work there on Friday. In conclusion, everything is great. We will definitely rent that amazing house again.
