We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
