Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5ha green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lac d 'Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities are a 40-minute drive away. 17 people maximum (max of 14 adults + children) No parties. Supplement of €25/night/pers after 17 pers.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Available, a fully equipped kitchen area, a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods, and a kettle. Linens and towels are included. Ideal for a couple.
