In a quiet and strategic position, just a short walk from what was the studio of Titian, allows you to quickly reach the train station or the airport. With a walk of 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge and the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello …). The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. It is located on the second floor of the building, has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floors. The facilities and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The bright and ventilated room overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 to the present, every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., live Gregorian chants and incense enter the house. No AC.
