Deanna is a great host, very kind, understanding, welcoming and great at communicating . she made me and my family feel comfortable as her home is cozy and family oriented. we had a great fathers day thanks to her hospitality and comfort of her home. we recommend her hosting and home and would come back again when we plan to come back to the area.

I don't usually leave ratings...but Joel was so amazing it would be wrong not too. I cannot thank him enough for how great our trip was!!!

Great place to stay in Kennewick. We locked ourselves out of the house and Whitney showed up with the key very quickly.

Beautiful location, amazing outdoor spaces, and a clean and lovely home! The hot tub was fantastic. We had a great time, Diedra’s communication was clear and everything was easy. ❤️

Great stay. Izzy was a responsive host and accommodated us by letting us check in early. The house had everything described in the listing. Overall, it is a safe and comfortable place to stay.

This was an amazing and beautiful home. Looked just like the photos. Great for kids too! (Pool, 2 play houses, games and a theater room. We played softball all weekend and appreciated the hot tub and massage chair😉. The owners were so nice and responsive. The only part (which was my fault as I didn’t look), was there was only one shower and we had a party of 8. There is a large beautiful deep bath tub though in another bathroom. We would definitely recommend and go back!

Audra was a great host! The home was clean, well stocked, comfortable and we used the pool a lot. Communication was clear and friendly. We hope we get to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay - the bunkbed with trundle was perfect for my kids - sheets/blankets all nice and clean, kitchen was nice size and was also great they had some wash pods available so we could do some laundry - 5 stars!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! It was immaculately clean! I didn’t see a spot of dust anywhere. It is also a lot larger than the pictures show. We were overall VERY happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this place. Mercedes was also very quick to respond. I loved this place and will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in town.

Our family had a terrific stay at Teresa’s place! The location is very convenient, and the house is spacious and thoughtfully & charmingly decorated. We had a small issue at check-in, but Teresa resolved it promptly and also compensated us, which was a very kind gesture. Would not hesitate to book again if we find ourselves in Richland in the future :)

Teddy’s place is spacious for larger crowds. TV’s in every room and lots to do to keep people occupied in your down time on vacation or visit to Tri-Cities. Teddy was accommodating and responsive from Day 1. Great host with a beautiful house. 100% recommend booking for larger groups and family’s. Would not hesitate to book again. See you again in September if you will have our Not Saints softball family again!!

This place was great! Was in town for a wedding so didn’t spend too much time there - was clean and had everything we needed. Chelsie was also very flexible with our check in time, as our flight came in around noon. Super appreciative of them being accommodating. Would stay again!

This really is a beautiful, really well taken care of home. Rob is a great host, he was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly, also super polite. We enjoyed being in a more quiet rural area but still close enough to the city. My boys enjoyed the nearby fishing. We read some reviews about the dogs. Not a problem. They are tiny cute little terriers. Their tales wag when they bark. Neighbors are great friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at this house! Meagan is so kind, helpful, and amazing to work with. She responded very quickly to my questions. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. It is very well stocked and Meagan definitely thought of everything. The neighborhood has really nice walking paths and is close to the Country Mercantile. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Tri-cities!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s! From the clear check-in instructions a few days in advance to the quick and consistent communication throughout our visit, David was amazing. The house was quiet, peaceful and the backyard is excellent for a quiet evening hanging out. The primary bathroom is spectacular and the entire home was comfortable for our family - I’d say it’s even better than the pictures. We had a few small problems arise during our trip and David was extremely quick to fix things and communicate. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in the tri-cities by far!

A great modern house in a nice neighborhood. Ruben was very responsive and gave us a heads up for when the landscapers were coming by. Lots of good places to eat nearby also

The place was well stocked. This was the most well stocked place I ever stayed at. It had everything in the kitchen you could want. It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens and a nice washer and dryer. When I had a question, they answered me right away. Very nice people to work with. We enjoyed sitting on the back looking at the vineyards. I have not complaints about this place and would recommend it to anyone. It met all of my needs. Stella

The home was beautiful, very well-appointed, and Michael was a wonderful host. The home and Michael exceeded our expectations. Anything we realized we might need during our stay was already there. The home is spacious, comfortable, and felt like home for us. There are local wineries nearby, and you are close to groceries, various restaurants, and the river. Michael was very proactive with communication and always responded quickly. I would highly recommend this home if you are considering staying in Richland, and plan to do so again ourselves.

Beautiful home in a very tranquil neighborhood. Frank was communicative and had the place set up exactly to the pictures. My family loved the home and we wished we could’ve stayed another night. We hope to come back when we visit the Tri-Cities again!
