The small hallway leads into the living room with a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hotplate). Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar are available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi. Parking.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travelers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business travelers and vacationers.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

Hosting is a matter close to our hearts. We go to great lengths to make our guests feel at home.
