Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi. Parking.

Der Flur zwischen den Zimmern wird von mir und meiner Tochter ab und zu benutzt, um in den Heizungsraum oder das Atelier zu gelangen. Man ist direkt in der Natur. Restaurants, Bäckerei mit Lebensmittelverkauf, Bierbrauerei, Weinstuben in fünf Minuten zu Fußerreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Ruhige Wohnumgebung, keine Autos am Haus.

Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist die Merianstr. sehr ruhig. Das Ein - Zimmer - Appartement liegt in einem Anbau im 2. Stock. Es ist mit einem Balkon, einer Ankleidekammer, einer Einbauküche und einem Duschbad ausgestattet. It is close to art and culture, restaurants and pubs. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 100-year-old house. We have fully furnished the apartment. In the kitchen there is everything for cooking, cooling and baking. There is also a toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The beds are freshly made and two towels per person are available.

The "Residence at the Kaiserthermen", built in 2017, is located just a few minutes from the center of Trier. A tastefully well-equipped small and quaint apartment, about 21 sqm in size. Accessibility from the apartment: all (historical) attractions of and within the city center (about 7 min walk), bus stop to the University of Trier (50m), the Academy of European Law (5 min walk), bus line 303 to Luxembourg (about 7 min walk), shopping (2km walk or into the city center).
