Beach house holiday rentals in Trinidad

this home is truly a slice of heaven, I’m in all that the owners share it! It has the most magnificent views and a beautiful decks and a little yard to take it all in from. The beds are incredibly comfortable with the softest sheets and the main living area feels like you’re in the harbor everywhere you go. Can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely stunning views. There is a beautiful firepit balcony that overlooks the ocean just steps away from this airbnb. The place was nice and cozy inside. We packed food to cook and found everything we needed to help prepare our meals. There was a washer and dryer that we used after visiting the beach. Susan gave us great recommendations on places to eat. There were board games inside fir family fun. We will definitely be coming back for our next ocean trip.

Erica was very responsive and provided great instructions. There are other homes around but this property has a privacy fence all of the way around and a gate that opens with code or remote. The home was beautifully decorated and exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub is well maintained and very nice. The walk to the beach was not far but keep in mind that some of the walk across the sand dunes and through the wooded area might be challenging for anyone with health concerns or balance issues. This not a high traffic beach but is beautiful because of the seclusion and is a great place to watch the sunset. Overall recommend this property if staying in the area.

This was the perfect location to visit all the redwoods parks. Right off the highway and easy access to local restaurants and gas. The road getting there from the south is very very rough and we found it much easier to access the Airbnb from the north side. Relaxing and listening to Sea lions in the hot tub after long days hiking was perfect. This was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It is a little small for the price but if we're ever back in Trinidad we'd definitely stay here again.

We had another amazing stay at Jennifer's place! This was our second time back and it was just as good if not better than our first trip. The house is very quiet and has great views of the ocean. Everything was clean and very comfortable. This has become our go-to spot when staying in the area and we will be back soon!

Fantastic! I almost hate to say how great it was because I don’t want it to always be booked next time I want to stay. But to be fair, we loved it! It’s just as described with lots of room to spread out. We rented both sides of the duplex. The kitchen has the best amenities I’ve seen at an Airbnb so far, and I have stayed at dozens of Airbnbs. I would say for sure it’s a cooking kitchen and a chef‘s dream. Backyard is amazing, the beds were comfortable. There’s plenty of extra bedding and extra pillows which we loved because we’re used to sleeping with two pillows each. Everything is in great shape with solid construction and modern clean furniture. This time of year I especially loved the electric fireplace in the entertainment center, which was nice ambience and kicked out some cozy heat. My husband‘s favorite touch was the small fans in the bedrooms. We are already plotting our next stay!

The whale song house was even better than in the pictures. It was close to great restaurants, wonderful beaches and was fully equipped with anything needed for a great stay. The extra touches, like coffee left for guests, was a wonderful surprise. The host was very responsive, communicative, and excellent to work with. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay here again in the future!!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and everything very clean. We enjoyed a stunning sunset in the evening!

This home knocks your socks off the moment you arrive. Open the front door and you will never want to leave. The view is stunning. I couldn’t stop looking, even overnight! Comfort all around. Comfy bed. Comfortable seating inside and outside on the back deck with the most beautiful view ever!!! A hummingbird came to the window to watch me watching it. The world smells so good here. Perpetual perfume of flowers. Speaking of flowers. The flowers circling the home are so beautiful and well kept! The home is perfectly situated for exploring in any direction. I walked on the beach or nearby forest trails every day. Had both all to myself most of the time. Trinidad itself is so quaint. Trinidad Harbor is breathtaking. Plenty of really good places to eat. Loved Murphy’s grocery store. Loved everything about Shore’s place. I would love to stay forever! This is your dream stay!! I promise!

Sunset House was so comfortable & clean. It was located on a quiet deadend street close to the beach & a great restaurant- Trinidad Eatery, that had fantastic clam chowder. We discovered many hiking trails in the area & especially loved Fern Canyon. Arlene was a fantastic host. She answered any questions we had immediately. We found beautiful flowers & wine on the table when we arrived. A GREAT week!!

We loved our stay at Misty Morning! Bret’s place is the perfect location to serve as our home base while exploring the magnificent Redwood forests. We’d stay again for Oscar alone :) Oscar had coffee with us on the porch every morning!! The space was clean, quiet, and well stocked with games, kitchen necessities, etc. Beautiful house! Easy experience!

Beautiful home great views and easy drive to the redwoods

Olivia was very friendly and very responsive. Her house was spotless and we felt right at home. The hot tub was great with an excellent view! Lovely little place!

The view from the lawn is incredible! I sat in the grass and read while looking out at the ocean. We were able to walk down to Clam Beach, but it is a long, uphill walk back! (Of course, you could drive there) The best part of this place is the view, and the owner's garden outside. The main level of the house is lovely. Ocean view from the kitchen sink and sofa! The downstairs area feels a bit dark and "basementy." All beds were comfy and the bathroom was fine (nothing fancy).

The house was supplied nicely, the BBQ and the fire pit had propane and there was extra, the beds were firm yet soft, I like that there were TVs in the bedrooms, and front room the couch is very comfortable. There was also a very nice dining set and was stocked very well for cooking and plenty of plates and silverware. The house had a beautiful yard and you can walk in and close the gate so your cars were in a secure areanot that you probably even need it.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! My best friend—who lives between France and the Philippines—and her husband—who’s Dutch-Filipino—joined us here in the US for a special visit. It was his first time here, and as a nature lover, he was absolutely in awe of the property. And honestly, so were we. This place is a hidden gem. You don’t even have to leave the property to have an amazing experience. It sits on 29 acres of beautiful forested land with horses, sweet dogs, and a friendly cat who loved saying hello. We took peaceful walks through the grounds, soaked in the quiet, and spent the evenings gathered around a bonfire, singing songs with my ukulele under the stars. We even did a whimsical fairy-themed photoshoot with our kids—it truly felt like we were living in a storybook. As chefs, my best friend and I were especially delighted by the kitchen setup. Cooking meals using their stunning copper pots and pans was such a joy.

Place was perfect for exactly what we needed and just minutes to the beach. Owner was sweet and very responsive, also offered to send a message once the house was cleaned/ready for an early check-in if we'd like (I didnt even have to ask). I'd choose this place again when in the area. Thank you!!

Roomy, thoughtfully appointed, new and spotlessly clean. Pictures don't do it justice. Good price point. Two car garage and overall convenient location big plusses. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay and recommend Eric’s McKinleyville home. It was very quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Eric was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The inside of the house has been remodeled and is really nice. We loved how easy it was to get to the grocery store in town and to the beaches and forests north and south of McKinleyville. We loved the hot tub and the back yard was spacious for the dogs to run around. Highly recommend!

Quaint, quiet getaway near the Coast. The home had plenty of comfortable seating for gathering and enjoying meals together. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Our family of 8 appreciated the extra towels and soft linens. We wish we could have stayed another day to enjoy the outside amenities.

It’s a wonderful stay, the property and house are beautiful. We had a great time visiting with our family. John is a terrific host. We would stay there again if the opportunity comes again.
