Simone’s place was wonderful! We were visiting the city with friends and we all loved our experience staying at her lovely Airbnb. She was very proactive in getting us clear and easy to follow check-in instructions as well as providing information on the neighborhood and DC. The place is exactly as the pictures and was pristine. This was my second time staying at Carol’s Airbnb because the first visit (around two years ago) was absolutely amazing….and this visit was just as great! (: Carol is a wonderful host and meets you at the front of her house with your key, which is such a nice personal touch. You have your own private entrance at the back of her beautiful home, making the stay feel cozy and independent. I’m usually a solo traveler and I felt safe both times I was at Carol’s. I stayed here since I was going to a concert at The Anthem (same as last time) and I needed a place to crash afterwards. Getting to The Anthem there and back by Uber was super easy but I could’ve drove or taken the metro if I wanted to. The next day, I drove into town to visit some museums—her location made everything really convenient. Plus, the parking situation is hard to beat, and the price is truly fantastic for what you get. If you’re visiting the area, don’t think twice on this airbnb! Thanks Carol!
