Air-conditioned accommodation, independent on three sides, consisting of an entrance on a private terrace, a double bedroom with a large closet and a container bed, a kitchen and a living room with a leather sofa bed (a queen size bed) and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Both the living room and the bedroom overlook a large terrace with sea view, furnished with a table and chairs, for outdoor lunches and dinners. Surrounded by greenery, ideal for walks! Pets welcome! Residence pool at your disposal!

STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA OF GALLURA

It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.
