With a fantastic view of vineyards and the sea, lies our little Sardinian gem. The apartment is 45 m2 with a large terrace facing the sea. On the terrace you are happy to sit and have dinner at sunset, barbecue available. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom. We have a small pool in the area that you can use. The apartment is located 900m from the village of Badesi. In Badesi, there are 2 large grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. It is 3 km down to Badesistranden

A characteristic Sardinian stazzo finished with fine materials, equipped with all the comforts. It has a beautiful view of Lake Liscia and a large green space for spending days relaxing. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles.
