Su un livello, può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Composta da due ampie camere da letto, luminosa zona living, cucina professionale. La sala da bagno con due comodi lavabi e doccia molto ampia con due soffioni. Grandi spazi esterni dotati di una zona cucina con barbecue e forno a legna, un secondo bagno doccia esterno, una veranda con tavolo vista mare, aree relax, palestra, 2 piscine, la rendono una meta ideale per chi desidera vivere e respirare la campagna e la riservatezza nella massima libertà.

BN3.1 è un ampio e lussuoso appartamento all'interno del più recente residence di Palau, inaugurato nel 2025. Situato al primo piano del complesso con una vista incredibile di tutto l'arcipelago e con la vera chicca, una splendida terrazza in copertura, con una grande area pranzo-relax e una sensazionale jacuzzi riscaldata vista mare. Ci sono due camere da letto, entrambe con un letto matrimoniale; una delle due camere ha anche un soppalco trovate altri due posti letto. L'appartamento ha 2 bagni

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden

The modernly furnished Carolina House apartment is located on the outskirts of the small village of Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola in the north of the island, with a breathtaking view of the bright blue Mediterranean Sea. Decorated with great attention to detail, the apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.
