We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully restored stable with its own charming patio. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and situated in a peaceful setting on a stunning estate. It’s ideally located — close to the sea (Trani) and the remarkable Castel del Monte — yet tucked away in a quiet, non-touristy region, perfect for those seeking rest and natural beauty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions, and their adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. The local olive oil, produced right on the property, is simply excellent — a real treat. There are also some great restaurants in the nearby area, offering delicious local cuisine. Whether you're exploring the nearby sights or just relaxing on the patio, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Very nice accommodation. You can experience both Barletta and Puglia wonderfully from here. With Antonio, you have a very nice host who immediately takes care of you if anything is wrong. Everything was very clean, the terrace is an absolute dream and has a perfect balance between sun and shade all day long, with various furniture also available.

Excellent apartment - beautifully furnished and a very comfortable “home from home”. The terrace was amazing! We loved having breakfast there and chilling out in the sun. Despite being in the busy and bustly Bari Vecchia area, it was very peaceful in the main bedroom, as the apartment is well insulated. Air conditioning is strong which is required in the blistering summer heat. The apartment is very close to a plethora of restaurants serving traditional Italian food. It is situated on the top floor of a building which is several centuries old and the staircase to the top floor are very steep - something to bear in mind for those with mobility issues, as there is no lift. Thankfully the owner helped up with our cases.

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and well-organized. Communication with the host was smooth and very responsive, which made everything proceed quickly and efficiently. One of the highlights was the location – just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of local attractions and great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. I honestly wished I had more time to stay and enjoy a proper holiday here. Thanks to the breakfast coupon, I was able to visit Maracuja Café right in front of the apartment, where I had an amazing cappuccino and croissant. I really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy such a delicious start to the day. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and if I ever return to this area for a trip, I would absolutely choose this place again.

Great place. The apartment has literally everything you need. In other places, sometimes there are no important things needed, that was all. A very responsive and helpful host, got us the information we needed about the Easter celebration. Surprisingly, we didn't even have much trouble with parking, although it's almost the center. Perfect stay! We really enjoyed Gina's accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Gina personally welcomed us on our arrival, providing us with all the useful information to move around the area comfortably. She has always been available for any need. Highly recommended!

Bronislava's house, high above the sea, is a dream. Very quiet on the slope with a wonderful view of the bay of Mattinatta, the house offers everything to relax in style in a beautiful environment. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to work. The bedrooms have very good mattresses, the bathroom is well equipped. If it should be cool in the evening, an atmospheric living room invites you, otherwise there is a beautiful terrace in front of the house. We were reluctant to say goodbye at the end of our stay.
