We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully restored stable with its own charming patio. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and situated in a peaceful setting on a stunning estate. It’s ideally located — close to the sea (Trani) and the remarkable Castel del Monte — yet tucked away in a quiet, non-touristy region, perfect for those seeking rest and natural beauty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions, and their adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. The local olive oil, produced right on the property, is simply excellent — a real treat. There are also some great restaurants in the nearby area, offering delicious local cuisine. Whether you're exploring the nearby sights or just relaxing on the patio, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Man kann sowohl Barletta als auch Apulien wunderbar von hier aus erleben. Mit Antonio hat man einen sehr netten Gastgeber der sich sofort kümmert falls irgendetwas ist. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum und hat ein perfektes Verhältnis zwischen Sonne und Schatten den ganzen Tag über wobei auch verschiedenen Möbel vorhanden waren.

Ottimo alloggio, monolocale nuovo e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione ottima vicino al bel lungomare. Il signor Savino una persona davvero gentile e disponibile! A presto! consigliato

Excellent apartment - beautifully furnished and a very comfortable “home from home”. The terrace was amazing! We loved having breakfast there and chilling out in the sun. Despite being in the busy and bustly Bari Vecchia area, it was very peaceful in the main bedroom, as the apartment is well insulated. Air conditioning is strong which is required in the blistering summer heat. The apartment is very close to a plethora of restaurants serving traditional Italian food. It is situated on the top floor of a building which is several centuries old and the staircase to the top floor are very steep - something to bear in mind for those with mobility issues, as there is no lift. Thankfully the owner helped up with our cases.

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and well-organized. Communication with the host was smooth and very responsive, which made everything proceed quickly and efficiently. One of the highlights was the location – just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of local attractions and great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. I honestly wished I had more time to stay and enjoy a proper holiday here. Thanks to the breakfast coupon, I was able to visit Maracuja Café right in front of the apartment, where I had an amazing cappuccino and croissant. I really appreciated the opportunity to enjoy such a delicious start to the day. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and if I ever return to this area for a trip, I would absolutely choose this place again.

Świetne miejsce. W mieszkaniu jest dosłownie wszystko czego potrzebujesz. W innych miejscach czasem brak istotnych potrzebnych rzeczy, to było wszystko. Gospodarz bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny, zdobył dla nas potrzebne informacje na temat obchodów świąt Wielkanocnych. O dziwo nie mieliśmy nawet większych problemów z zaparkowaniem, choć to prawie ścisłe centrum. Polecamy z całego serca. Dzięki Luigi. Ciao.

Das hoch über dem Meer gelegene Haus von Bronislava ist ist ein Traum. Sehr ruhig am Hang mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht von Mattinatta gelegen, bietet das Haus alles um in schöner Umbegbung stilvoll zu entspannen. In der vollausgestatteten Küche kann man gut arbeiten. Die Schlafzimmer haben sehr gute Matratzen, das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn es abends kühl sein sollte, lädt ein stimmungsvoller Wohnraum ein, ansonsten gibt vor dem Haus eine schöne Terrasse. Wir haben am Ende unseres Aufenthalts nur ungern Abschied genommen.
