La Casina and the Corbezzolo

La Casina is surrounded by greenery. Ideal place for 2 people who love tranquility. Guests can stay in the adjacent veranda, or move to the lawn in the shade of the strawberry tree and enjoy the fabulous view. The Casina is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen and bathroom, on the upper floor a bedroom and bathroom. The two levels are connected by an external staircase. The view can also be admired from the comfort of your bed thanks to the large windows overlooking the village and the sea.

There are two terraces: one at 40 sqm with an adjoining laundry room + another 120 sqm with a sea view. There is wooden parquet throughout the house. Casa Dipace

My place is on the third floor without an elevator but with wide stairs and comfortable steps. It's less than 50 meters from the sea. The neighborhood has every kind of comfort. It is in a quiet area but not far from the Thermal Baths and the square at the heart of the local nightlife. It is not far from the seafront, which allows you to take quiet walks. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A camping cot can be offered. Transfer from/to Bari airport for a fee.

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
