The house is in a square near the historic center, on the third and top floor of a 17th-century building, once a theater. There are two terraces: one at 40 sqm with an adjoining laundry room + another 120 sqm with a sea view. There is wooden parquet throughout the house. There are 2 air conditioners, 2 smart-TVs, two bathrooms and a Turkish bath with chromotherapy. The house, furnished with antique furniture, is cozy, very bright and away from noise. My place is on the third floor without an elevator but with wide stairs and comfortable steps. It's less than 50 meters from the sea. The neighborhood has every kind of comfort. It is in a quiet area but not far from the Thermal Baths and the square at the heart of the local nightlife. It is not far from the seafront, which allows you to take quiet walks. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A camping cot can be offered. Transfer from/to Bari airport for a fee.

E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.
